油封重要知识LG GROUP system office room 【LGA16H-LGYY-LGUA8Q8-LGA162】1.油封油封是用来封油（油是传动系统中最常见的液体物质，也泛指一般的液体物质之意）的机械元件，它将传动部件中需要润滑的部件与出力部件隔离，不至于让润滑油渗漏。
静密封和动密封（一般往复运动）用密封件叫密封件。
油封的代表形式是TC油封，这是一种橡胶完全包覆的带自紧弹簧的双唇油封，一般说的油封常指这种tc骨架油封。
分类油封实物油封（oil seal）是一般密封件的习惯称谓，简单地说就是润滑油的密封。
油封一般分为单体型和组装型，组装型是骨架与唇口材料可以自由组合，一般用于特殊油封。
从油封的密封作用、特点、结构类型、工作状态和密封机理等可以分成多种形式和不同叫法，但习惯上一般将旋转轴唇形密封圈叫油封，静密封和动密封（一般往复运动）用密封件叫密封件。

选择油封的材料时，必须考虑材料对工作介质的相容性、对工作温度范围的适应性和唇缘对旋转轴高速旋转时的跟随能力。
一般油封工作时其唇缘的温度高于工作介质温度20~50℃，在选择油封材料时应予注意。

油封的工作范围与油封使用的材料有关：材料为丁腈橡胶（NBR）时为-40~120℃，亚力克橡胶（ACM）-30~180℃，氟橡胶（FPM）-25~300℃。
常用型式(老标准)型式结构简图代号主要特征用途普通单唇形 B 一般用于高、低速旋转轴及往复运动密封矿物油及水等介质。
普通油封，在灰尘和杂质比较少的情况下使用，耐介质压力<的场合，最高线速度15m/s，往复运动速度<s。
普通双唇形FB 除上述S型油封的使用特征外，还可防尘。
金范蜗轮蜗杆传动型减速机的材料材质一、箱体（外壳、壳体）1、材料有灰口铸铁、球墨铸铁、铸钢、钢板焊接、铸造铝合金。
2、灰口铸铁材质有HT100、HT150、HT200、HT250、HT300、HT350球墨铸铁有QT900-2、QT800-2、QT700-2、QT600-3、QT500-7、QT450-10、QT450—15、QT450-18铸钢有ZG200-400（ZG15）、ZG230-450（ZG25）、ZG270-500（ZG35）、ZG310-570（ZG45）、ZG340-640（ZG55）钢板有Q195（A1）、Q215（A2）、Q235（A3）、Q255（A4）、Q275（A5）。
铸造铝合金有ZL401、ZL402所有的材质排列顺序都是从次到好。
牌号的意义：H是灰字拼音的首写字母，T是铁字的首写字母，100是材质的牌号。
其他牌号意义一样，小括号内的是老牌号。
简称：灰铁、球铁、铸钢、焊接体。
灰口铸铁的优点是变形量小、抗压、易加工。
球墨铸铁的优点是韧性大、耐磨。
铸钢体的优点是抗弯强度大、能承受较大的扭力。
钢板焊接的优点是不用模型适用于非标产品单件加工或小批量产品。
铸造铝合金的优点重量轻、美观。
3、箱体（外壳、壳体）的区分一是材料、二是材质、三是壁厚。
材料和材质差的是单价，壁厚差的是重量。
4、所有型号的减速机箱体（外壳、壳体）一般情况不会超出以上材料的范围，也有个别的要求其他材质的。
