2. Reagents试剂
1) Acetonitrile solution (Acetic acid special grade 20 ml/ 3L)

2) Acetic acid (Special grade)

3) 0.1 mol/L, Perchloric acid solution (Acetic acid solution: HClO439 ml/ 3L)
0.1 mol/L高氯酸溶液(醋酸溶液:HClO4 39 ml/3L)
4) Indicator : Crystal violet solution (1g/L Acetic acid solution)
指示剂:结晶紫溶液(1g/L醋酸溶液)
3. Procedure过程
1) Take a 17ml of acetonitrile soln. into a beaker ( 100 ml), previously washed and dried.
取17ml乙腈溶液到100ml烧杯中,先洗净、烘干。
2) Measure the weight of the injector (2 ml) previously washed and dried, with rubber stopper containing a 0.5g of the sample, down to a place of decimals (0.1 mg).
测量之前清洗和干燥的注射器(2ml)的重量,和橡胶塞含0.5g样品,精确到小数点(0.1 mg)。
3) Release the rubber stopper and inject a 0.07g of the sample into a beaker ( 100 ml)
松开橡胶塞子,将0.07g样品注入100ml烧杯。
4) Close the injector after injection with the rubber stopper again and measure the weight down to
a place of decimals (0.1 mg). The quantity of the sample is determined as the difference between before and after injection.
注射完毕后,再次用橡胶塞子关闭注射器,测量重量至小数(0.1 mg)。
样品数量确定为
注射前后的差异。
5) Set the sample on the automatic titer and start. Add a 20 ml of acetic acid and 0.2 ml ofindicator, step by step. Titrate with (perchloric acid )-( acetic acid ) solution (0.1 mol/L).
将样品调到自动滴度开始。
加入20毫升醋酸和0.2毫升指示剂,一步一步。
用(高氯酸)-(醋酸)溶液滴定(0.1 mol/L)。
6) Take a 17 ml of acetic acid. to a wide mouth beaker ( 100 ml) previously washed and dried, and perform the procedure 5) as a reference test.
取17毫升醋酸溶液到一个洗过、干燥过的宽口烧杯(100毫升)中,进行上述步骤5)作为参考试验。
4. Calculation计算
The value of amine (mg KOH/g) is calculated as follows:

a: The quantity of perchloric acid (0.1 mol/L) spent in the titration [ml]

参比滴定所消耗的高氯酸(0.1 mol/L) 的量
c: Corrective coefficient of temperature [ml]

5. Report报告
The value of calculation is determined down to a place of decimals, and treated to natural figures, according to JIS Z-8401.
