Step1. Warming- up and revision
1. Greeting and lead the students sing a song.
2. Review Unit 7and free talk. The teacher presents a conversation by using PPT and
free talk with a student. Then two students make a conversation.
Step 2. Lead-in
1. Write on the board.
2. Have Ss look at the alphabet letters in their books.
3. T: Circle Ss, Tt , Uu, Vv.
4. Model circling on the board. Ss circle the letters in their books.
Step3. Presentation
1. T: Look and repeat.
2. Point to the letter Ss.

5. Continue with the letters Tt , Uu, Vv .
Step4. Practice
1. Play the tape and have Ss repeat.
2. After enough practice, give Ss one sound and have them point to the corresponding

课后 反思 学生几乎已经会听，说，读sun,tiger, uncle , violin这些新单词与书写字
母Ss, Tt , Uu, Vv。，但也有一小部分学生不能很好地把字母写在四线三格上，
容易把t写成印刷体和小写u,v仍需要加强练习。整节课的教学氛围较活跃，
操练方式丰富，游戏有趣，学生们都积极踊跃地参入其中.

① call意思是“给……打电话”，call me是“给我打电话”，call you是 “给你打电话”。 ② her有两种用法和意思： a. she的宾格形式，意思是“她”，在句中作宾 语用。 b. 形容词性物主代词，意思是“她的”，后接名 词，如her book, her dad。 在本课中，her是形容词性物主代词，her number意思是“她的（电话） 号码”。 ③ This is Zhou Lin.是打电话时的习惯用语，意思是：“我是Zhou Lin。” 打电话时，习惯不说：I'm Zhou Lin.
2.任务7的教学：
（1）教师将学生分成两人一 组，在课文的Write,tick and talk中写下自己的电话 号码，并在自己所在的处 所后画√号。 （2）小组双方轮流问对方一 个问题：What's yournumber? 并在课文右 栏横线上写下搭档的电话 号码。 然后双方通一次电话（通话 内容应包括图片下面的主 要句型），并在右栏搭档 所在的处所后画√号。

3.任务2的教学：
（1）教师放录音，让学生根据录音内容找出对应的 英语单词cake, card, basketball,beautiful.
（2）教师带领学生反复朗读cake, card, basketball, beautiful这几个单词，并让学生两人一组运用所 学的句型Look at my cake/card. 和The card is beautiful.等进行练习。
