Unit 7 重难点解析1、How was your weekend?你周末过得怎么样?How是英语中常见的一个疑问词,其用法和含义很多,现举例说明。
(1)how的用法:①how意为“如何,怎样”,表示用什么样的方式,手段。
例如:How do you go to school every day? 你每天怎样去上学?Tell me how you can speak English so well. 告诉我你怎么说英语这么好。
②how表示状况,情况,意思是“怎样的情形,怎样的状况”。
例如:How are you? 你好吗?How is it going these days? 最近情况如何?How is the weather today? 今天天气如何?How do you feel? 你感觉怎么样?③how表示理由,意思是“为何,为什么”,通常与can连用。
例如:How can you tell such a lie? 你为什么能说这种谎话?④how表示程度,意思是“多少,如何”通常与形容词、副词连用。
例如:How old are you? 你多大了?How much money do you have? 你有多少钱?How often do you take exercise? 你多久锻炼一次?How far is it from here to your home? 你家里这儿有多远?How many people are there in your family? 你家里有几口人?⑤how表示感叹,意思是“多么”等。
例如:How happy she is to see her mother! 她看到她妈妈多么高兴啊!How high the kite is flying! 风筝飞得多高啊!How heavily it is raining! 雨下得多大啊!⑥“how to do sth.”表示“怎样做……才好”。

二. 词汇用法本单元所涉及的短语及用法1. go 动词译为去, 动身go to sleep/go to bed 去睡觉go home 回家go to the movies去看电影go shopping去购物go for a walk 去散步go wrong 变坏,出毛病go over 复习,浏览go ahead 前面走,尽管去做go in for 从事于物做主语,表示运行Everything goes well. 一切顺利。
go 名词译为尝试Do you want a go? 你想尝试吗?be going to 打算,计划做某事用于一般将来时We are going to have a party at school next Sunday.have/has gone to 去某地了They have gone to New York. 他们去纽约了。
They have been to New York. 他们去过纽约。
have gone to 是指某人去某地,且人没回来。
也就是人不在本地。
have been to是某人去过某地了,且人已经回来了,也就是人目前在本地。
go on doing sth. 继续做某事After a break, he went on his speaking.停顿了一会,他继续他的讲话。
go on to do sth. 接着做(另一件事)He brushed his teeth, and went on to wash his face.他刷完牙,接着又洗脸。
