实验中使用上颌窦内提升术进行同期种植,分析骨移植材料应用之后的并发症发生情况、新骨获得量、患者术后感受及反应等。
实验结果表明,与无植入组相比,使用骨移植材料具有更好的新骨获得量;PRF作为骨移植材料具有更好的临床效果。
关键词:骨移植材料;上颌窦内提升术;种植中图分类号:R687.3文献标识码:A文章编号:1001-5922(2021)03-0060-04 Clinical Effect Analysis of Bone Graft Materials in Maxillary Sinus Elevation Surgery with Simultaneous ImplantationWang Hongyu,Dong Shitao,Feng Jiankun,Xu Yang,Zhang Hua(Chengde Stomatological Hospital,Chengde067000,China)Abstract:This paper mainly analyzes the clinical effect of different bone graft materials in maxillary sinus eleva⁃tion surgery with simultaneous implantation.The experiment is divided into three kinds,group A is no implantation group,group B is PRF group,and group C is bone meal group.A total of30patients who meet the requirements are selected as experimental subjects.In the experiment,maxillary sinus elevation was used for simultaneous implanta⁃tion,and the complications after the application of bone graft materials,the amount of new bone acquisition,postop⁃erative feelings and reactions of the patients were analyzed.The experimental results show that compared with the non implantation group,the use of bone graft material has a better amount of new bone;PRF as a bone graft materi⁃al has better clinical effect.Key words:bone graft material;maxillary sinus elevation;implant老年种植牙患者人数不断上升,传统的治疗方式成功率较低,为了解决该问题,有学者提出了一种上颌窦提升术,该方式能够有效提高种植成功率,而且提高了手术的安全性[1]。
上颌窦底水囊冲压内提升同期种植修复单牙缺失36例临床观察宁晔;康林;陆钰;胡芳芳;吴海珍【摘要】Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of the dental implantation using water sac stamping technique in maxillary sinus floor lifting in the repair of single-tooth loss. Methods:Thirty-six teeth were implanted in 36 patients with single-tooth loss complicated with 3. 0 to 7.0 mm of height of alveolar crest in edentulous area using the flapless dental implantation combined with water sac stamping technique. All patients were regularly followed up after the surgery. The stability of the implant and condition of peri-implant tissues were observed.Results:During the 1-year period of following up,all implants were stable,no inflammation of the sinus were found. The soft tissue around the implants were healthy,the combination of dental implant and bone is good,and the height of maxillary sinus lifting bone is stabile. Conclusions:The short-term clinical effects of the dental implantation using water sac stamping technique in maxillary sinus floor lifting is ideal.%目的::评价水囊冲压技术在上颌窦内提升同期种植修复单牙缺失的临床应用疗效。
中国口腔种植学杂志2012年第17卷第2期上颌窦内提升术种植修复上颌后牙缺失的临床观察刘薇丽张秋霞瞒要l目的:评价上颌窦内提升术并同期植入种植体在上颌后牙区缺失修复中的应用效果.方法:2008年至2010年共完成上颌窭内提升术并同期植入种植体临床病例20例。
男12例,女8例,年龄18—65岁。
术前cT示:牙槽嵴顶至上颌窦底距离为5-8ram,行上颌窦内提升术,平均提升上颌窦底高度3.8t ar a(2—5r am),共植入38枚种植体,种植体植入6个月后完成义齿修复。
结果:所有患者术后未出现上颌窦炎症,一例术中窦膜穿孔,将种植窝放入明胶海绵,同期植入种植体完成种植手术,术后3天术区疼痛,无其他明显症状。
38枚种植体平均负载18个月,种植体稳定,行使功能良好,未见明显骨吸收。
结论:对于骨高度不足的患者,行上颌窦内提升术,并同期植入种植体的方法可靠,具有好的疗效,可扩大种植牙的适应症范围。
