项⽬实施进度计划表【模板】⼀、项⽬实施进度计划表“中华⼥性⽹”⽹站建设采取整体设计、分步开发的原则。
⼈民⽹将制定详细的项⽬实施计划,精确控制项⽬时间点,在严控质量的前提下,保证按期完成项⽬开发建设⼯作。
总体进度如下:●⾃合同签订之⽇算起,到⽹站基本功能上线预计需要8周,完成系统所需软硬件的到货、安装集成以及运⾏环境的部署;完成系统联调⼯作并形成联调测试报告;完成部分需求调研和部分基础功能的开发和上线试运⾏;●⾃合同签订之⽇起,到⽹站全部功能上线预计需要24周,完成所有需求调研、所有功能的开发和测试⼯作,进⼊试运⾏阶段;●试运⾏阶段为期20周。
●试运⾏结束后的4周内完成验收⼯作。
“中华⼥性⽹”⽹站建设主要搭建整体框架,整合优化现有中华全国妇⼥联合会旗下⽹站内容,去粗取精,精益求精,全新定位,树⽴旗舰⽹站形象;建设后期在优化栏⽬与功能的基础上,⽹罗多端媒体的⽤户资源,丰富“中华⼥性⽹”内容建设。

制定⼯作流程,组建项⽬组并开启项⽬会议,制定项⽬控制计划、质量检测标准、风险计划、沟通⽅案等。
1.项⽬组织机构对全国妇联互联⽹门户⽹站建设和运维采购项⽬采取分层管理⽅式,主要分为⾼层项⽬负责⼈和项⽬管理层两个层次,项⽬管理层结合具体⼯程项⽬情况⼜可分为多个职责明确的⼯作组。
我公司将设置⼀名⾼层管理⼈员负责对整个⼯程建设起到宏观调控作⽤。
