英国小学Year1年级的自然拼读检测

英国小学自然拼读检测(Phonics Screening Test)通常安排在英国小学第一学年,即一年级结束的阶段进行。
除了PST这个大名,她还被称作一年级自然拼读检测(Year 1 Phonics Screening),或简写为自然拼读测验(Phonics Test)。
在英国小学,一年级的自然拼读检测是一个“必修课题”,每一个小学生在一年级结束那一年,6月份的第二个星期都有参加这次测验。
测试内容非常简短,有记录的第一次Phonics Screening T est开始于2012年的6月份。
参加检测的孩子们需要大声读出题目中出现的拼读知识点,音素以及成型的单词。
他们要根据自然拼读的规律来解码单音节或者双音节或者多音节的词汇。
其中用于考察的词汇可能是英文中存在的,意义明确的“真实单词”,也有可能是考察者根据自然拼读法则创造出来的“捣蛋词”。
由此可以看出,这部分对小朋友的要求考察主要是拼读能力,而不是认知能力。
而如果小朋友在一年级阶段的自然拼读考试中没有达到合格标准,那TA就必须在二年级结束的时候和当年度的一年级生一起,重新参加一次自然拼读测试。
