Application 用途?Premium quality soluble cutting oil
good for the following cutting
applications:
o Boring, drilling, deep
drilling
o Cold sawing
o Milling
o Tapping
o Threading,Thread Rolling
o Turning
o Grinding·
?It is good for machining following metals :-
o Free machining non - ferrous
metal
o Tough non - ferrous metals
o Steel up to 1100 MN/m2 UTS·?For general machining operations, water - to - oil rations of between
25:1 & 35:1 are recommended for
grinding operations, rations should
be 35:1 & 50:1.·
?Also used to inhibit against
corrosion in water cooling system at
a concentration of 1 to 5%. ?高級水溶性切削油，適用於以下切削工序：
