数字口译-篇章练习Task 1（口译任务1）Import and export of Germany任务要求：下面你将听到一段关于德国的进出口情况的介绍，请在停顿时进行口译。
注意：本段讲话中有很多数字（包括基数、序数、百分比等）和国名。
这两种信息一般不能仅靠短期记忆，必须得使用笔记（下一课要系统学习）。
在笔记时，必须把数字和数字对应的信息记录下来，列举国名的时候要纵向排列，这样才能体现列举的关系。

•同样，一个英文数字，后面带有“million”和“billion”时，就可以通过将小数点向右分别移动两位和一位，转化为以“万”和“亿”为单位的中文数字。

英语口译中数字口译的方法和技巧【摘要】英语口译中，数字部分的口译很让很多翻译人员感到困难的部分。
能否在较短的时间内迅速、准确的做好数字口译工作，对整个口译工作的顺利完成起到了重要作用，特别是在商务、科技、时事类的文章。

在英语口译中，数字口译一直是很多翻译人员特别注意的一个内容，一方面是因为数字口译有其特殊性，即数字不容易记忆；第二方面，英语口译的时间性要求口译人员在较短时间内翻译，所以对于繁琐的数字口译来说，准确的翻译就显得要求极高。
其实，对于数字口译，首先必须明白汉语和英语在数字的表达上存在一定的差别，其次要掌握一定的数字口译的方法。
1.汉语和英语在数字的表达上的区别1.1数字的位数表达不同在中文里，我们对于每一位的数字都会有特有的表示方法，从小到大依次是个、十、百、千、万、十万、百万、千万、亿、十亿、百亿、千亿；但是英语中对于数字的表达则是以三位数作为一个计数单位依次计数，百是hundred，千是thousand，百万是million，十亿是billion，其它数位则是按照这四个基本单位来依次计数的。
所以，对于翻译人员来说，首先必须了解中英文在数字位数上的差异，记住百、千、百万、十亿这四个基本单位。
才外，英式英语在美式英语在数字数位的表达上也存在一定的差异。
二者在数位的差异主要是在十亿以上的数位表达上存在差异。
如，对于60亿的翻译，英式是six thousand million ,美式英语则是译成three billion；对于800亿的翻译，英式是eighty thousand million,美式英语就把其翻译为eighty billion。

一、中英数字表达方式的区别(一)中英数字位数表达的区别中文和英文在数字的位数表达上有着各自独立的表达方式。
中文数字的表达单位按由小到大的顺序依次为“个、十、百、千、万、十万、百万、千万、亿、十亿、百亿…….”，都是以十的倍数来表达。
而在英语的数字表达方式上，十是“ten”，百是“hundred”，千是“thousand”，百万是“million”，十亿是“billion”，英语是以三位数作为一个计量单位，对于其他数位的数字，都是以这几个基本单位为基础进行计数。
例如在中文中有万这个单位，英语中则是以千的倍数来表达万，如“六万”在英语中为“六十个千”，即“six thous and”。
另外，在数字口译中还必须注意美式英语与英式英语的区别，其主要区别就在“十亿”这个数字上，比如50亿，在美式英语中为“five billion”，而在英式英语中却是“five thousand million”，即英式英语通过“thousand million”来表达“billion”。
因此，要想成为一名合格的口译员，还必须掌握英式英语与美式英语在表达方式上的一些区别，这样才能避免口译过程中的失误。
