This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China. Any dispute arising out of or in
connection with this Agreement shall be resolved by the courts in China.
7. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, either verbal or written.
