售后服务江西江铃集团特种专用车有限公司共用与江铃股份公司售后服务基础上形成的,服务具体如下:为减少顾客的等待时间,江铃特约服务单位向用户提供预约服务,并提供打折或优先派工等优惠,另外,对使用者进行保养提醒服务制度,按顾客保养周期提醒顾客。
江铃特约服务单位必须向顾客公布(可以多种方式,如手册,广告牌,计算机视屏等)维修收费价格标准,向顾客报出的维修费用,并让顾客签字确认后进行维修和按此收费。
我公司建立了24小时外出救援服务制度并保证实施。
所有江铃特约服务单位均应有24小时服务热线,对顾客提供24小时服务,并保持相关问题记录、沟通及处理结果;总公司抽查服务站24小时热线电话无人应答的处以1000/每次罚款。
接到救援电话后,立即成立救援小组配备外出抢修服务的专用工具,服务车服务半径在公路道路条件下在50km之内的保证两小时内赶到事发地点实施救援,服务半径在50-1000km的,最晚不得超过5个小时,服务半径在100-200km的,最晚不得超过8小时;200km以外的,最晚不得超过24小时。
(若维修人员当场能检测出车辆故障,且服务车随车携带的零部件能满足维修要求的应当场修好。
例如补充冷却液、玻璃清洗液等,应该在到达后1小时内修好;更换备胎低压保险丝、低压继电器、低压蓄电池、低压蓄电池负极线速等,应在到达后两小时内修好;)如有客户投诉服务站道路救援服务不及时的,一经核实,总公司将按《江铃汽车特约服务单位投诉处理流程》处理。
本公司要求各特约服务单位提高维修水平,拥有完善必备的工具,增强技工培训。
经过培训使受训人员对N800新能源电动汽车相关技术知识有一个全面了解,能够判断及维修故障,能对客户正确使用新能源汽车提供指导,严格控制出厂检查,尽量确保一次修好减少返修服务单位在确保零件库存充足的情况下,必须保证进场车辆在以下规定时间内准时交车,减少顾客抱怨。
具体规定为:维护性修理1小时内交,车快速恢复性维修2小时之内交车,小修12小时之内交车,中修48小时内交车,大修72小时内交车。

扬州江淮轻型汽车有限公司二○一○年七月目录第二部分车身第一章车身的维护车身的维护主要是为了防止喷涂层早期老化和损坏,以保持车身清洁、美观。
此外,经常保持车身清洁,有利于随时发现车身钣金件的损伤,以便及时加以修理。
一、车身的冲洗:为了保持车身良好的油漆表面和美观,经常清洗车身是必要的。
但不应该在强烈的阳光下进行,也不应该在温度太低的情况下进行。
在任何情况都应等车身表面冷却后才清洗。
可采取喷水式冲洗,用压力水流冲掉车身表面粘着的脏物,然后用一块软而清洁的海绵或毛巾在车身上从上而下地擦洗,如果使用汽车洗涤剂,应用大量清水冲清。
在使用高压清洗机的情况下,不要直接把喷头射向变速箱、转向机构及各种部件的橡胶保护件上,也不要直接喷射到外部装饰件,顶蓬接缝,散热器的发动机罩内。
洗完车后,可用麂皮或优质白纱布抹干车身表面。
切勿用汽油、煤油、三氯乙烯、强碱水和酒精等擦洗车身表面和有机玻璃表面,也不许干擦车身。

speeds during the first 1,000km (600miles)to break it in.Make certain that the following points in particular are strictly observed.●Allow the engine to warm up fully until the coolant temperaturereaches about 60℃(140°F).●Avoid racing the engine,abrupt start,acceleration and braking.●Avoid overloading the vehicle,as this will result in a shorter life.●Avoid high speed operation as far as possible.During break inoperation,make sure that the en ⁃gine speed does not exceed 1,500rpm.Make sure that your vehicle does not miss the first 1,000km (600miles)and 5,000km (2,500miles )inspections.After the first 1,000km (600miles)and 5,000km (2,500miles)or driv ⁃ing,take your vehicle to your near ⁃est service shop for inspections based on the "Maintenance Re ⁃quirements".KEYSFor greater convenience,your JAC has one type of keys.The keys will function in the ignition,locking or unlocking the door and fuel tank cap from outside.Carrying a spare key is recommended in case you accidentally lock one key inside the car.KEY LOCKSYou can release the key by press ⁃ing the knob when the key is in "LOCK"position.DOORLOCKS 31.Locking using the keyLock the door by turning the key toward the rear of the car and un ⁃lock it by turning it toward the front. 2.Locking from insideTo lock your JAC from inside,sim ⁃ply close the door and push the lock button down.When this is done,the door cannot be opened using either the inside or the out ⁃side door handle. 3.Locking from outsideThe doors can be locked without a key.First push the lock knob down,then close the door while depress ⁃ing the push button forward.KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM (If in 鄄stalled)THEFT ALARM SYSTEM Armed StatusThe system is applied when the doors are locked by usingtheCAUTION:Be careful not to lock the door with the ignition key left in the vehicle.NOTE:When the door is open or ajar,the warning lamp door will lighton.4transmitter.The turn signal lamp blinks twice at the moment that the system is on and blinks once when the system is off.The warning sys ⁃tem is not released even though the battery is reconnected after disconnected at the status that the system is on.Disarmed StatusThe system is released only when the "UN -LOCK"button on the transmitter is pressed.When the door is unlocked with a key in ⁃stead of the transmitter,the siren sounds immediately.If the key is turned to the "ACC ON"position within 15seconds,the system is released after 30seconds.Replacement of the transmitter bat ⁃teryWhen a non -standard battery is used,sometimes the button does not work.Please,use the standard 3V Lithium battery.WINDOW GLASSTo raise or lower the window,turn thewindow,regulatorhandleclockwise or counterclockwise.STEERING WHEEL TILT LEVERTo adjust the steering wheel:1.Pull the lever upward to unlock 2.Raise or lower the steering wheel to the desired position.3.After adjustment,securely tight⁃WARNING:When opening or closing the windows,make sure your pas ⁃senger's arms and hands are safely out of the way.5en the lever by pushing it down ⁃ward.ADJUSTABLE SEATNever attempt to adjust the seat while the vehicle is moving.This could result In loss of control.Adjusting Seat Forward and Rear ⁃ward (Driver's side only)To move the seat toward the front or rear,pull the lock release lever upwards.This releases the seat on its track so you can move it forward or rearward to the desired position.When you find the position you want,release the lever and slide the seat forward or rearward on its track until it locks into position and cannot be moved further.Seat Cushion Height Fixing (Driv ⁃er's side only)To fix the height of the seat cush ⁃ion,fit the Iocking knob to the lock ⁃er.It will hold your seat position from the vibration.Adjusting Armrest Angle (Driver's sideonly)WARNING:Do not attempt to adjust the steering wheel while driving as this may result in loss of control of the vehicle and result in death or seriousinjury.6The armrest will be raised or low ⁃ered manually.To raise the armrest,pull it up.To lower it,press the armrest down.Adjusting Seatback AngleTo recline the seatback,lean for ⁃ward to you're your weight off it,then pull up on the recliner control lever at the outside edge of the seat.Now lean back until the de ⁃sired seatback angle is achieved.To lock the seatback into position,release the recliner control lever.Adjustable HeadrestsThe headrests in your JAC may be raised or lowered by releasing the lock button on the headrest sup ⁃port.To raise the headrest,pull it up.To lower it,press the headrest down.To move the headrest fore ⁃ward,pull on the top.For maxi ⁃mum effectiveness in case of an accident the headrest should be adjusted so the top of the headrest is at the same height as the topofWARNING:To minimize risk of personal in ⁃jury in event of a collision or sudden stop,both the driver andpassengerseatbacksshould always be in a nearly upright position while the vehi ⁃cle is in motion.The protection provided by the seat belts maybe reduced significantly when the seatback is reclined.There is greater risk that the passen ⁃ger will slide under the belt re ⁃sulting in serious injury when the seatback is reclined.7occupant's ears.For this reason,the use of a cushion that holds the body away from the seat back should not be used.Lumbar Support Adjustment (If in 鄄stalled)(Driver's seat only)The seats in some JAC are e ⁃quipped with adjustable lumbar support.The lumbar support can be adjust ⁃ed in three stages to provide the most comfortable support.1.Weak 2.Medium 3.Strong Seat Cushion Height Adjustment (If installed )(Driver's seat only)To raise or lower the front part of the seat cushion,turn the front knob forward or rearward.To raise or lower the rear part of the seat cushion,turn the rear knob forward or rearward.SEAT BELTS (3-Point Type)To Fasten YourBeltWARNING:Do not operate vehicle with the headrests removed as injury to an occupant may occur in the event of an accident.Headrests may provide protection against neck injuries when properly ad ⁃justed.8To fasten your seat belt,pull it out of the retractor and insert the metal tab into the buckle.There will be an audible "click",when the tab locks into the buckle.The seat belt automatically adjusts to the proper length only after the lap belt is adjusted manually so that it fits snugly around your hips.If you lean forward in a slow,easy motion,the belt will extend and let you move around.If there is a sudden stop or impact,however,the belt will lock into position.It will also lock if you try to lean forward too quickly.Check to make sure the belt is properly locked and that the belt is not twisted.Adjusting Your Seat BeltYou should place the belt as Iow as possible on your hips,not on yourwaist.If located too high on your body,the chances of sliding out from under it and suffering seri ⁃ous injury or death are increased.Both arms should not be under or over the belt.Rather,one should be over and the other under,as shown in the illustration.To Release the Seat BeltThe seat belt is released by press⁃NOTE:If the driver's seat belt is not fastened when the ignition key Is in your engine in revolutions per minute(rpm).It is useful tohelp you shift at the appropriate engine speed to avoid lugging or over running.Nowtherearetwokindsoftachometer which can be choose acording the speed of the engine ,the tachometer of the max zone is 3100r/min,the red zone is 2700r/min;the other max zone is 2700r/min ,the red zone is 2500r/min.SPEEDOMETERThe speedometer indicates the ve ⁃hicle speed in kilometers or miles per hour.ODOMETERThe odometer records the total driving distance in kilometers or miles,and is useful for keeping a record for maintenance intervals.AIR PRESSUREGAUGECAUTION:The engine should not be raced to such a speed that the needle enters the red zone on the tachometerface.Thiscancause severe engine damage.15The air pressure gauge indicates the air pressure in the air reservoir at all times.If the air pressure drops to be ⁃low4.8-5.7kg/cm 2,the air pilot light comes on and the warning buzzer will sound at the same time.If fails to build up again ,stop the engine immediately and contact your au ⁃thorized dealer.FUEL GAUGEThe fuel gauge will indicate the ap ⁃proximate fuel level in the tank,when the ignition is in the "ON"po ⁃sition.The position of the pointer will varyslightly when accelerating,braking,or when the vehicle is going up or down hill.So check your fuel sup ⁃ply when the vehicle is more or lessspecifiedlevel,whetherstanding still or moving.WATER TEMPERATURE GAUGEW hen the ignition switch is "ON",this gauge indicates the tempera ⁃ture of the coolant.Under most driving conditions,the needle will remainatapproximatelythe CAUTION:If the air pressure indicates the pressure that is below red zone do not drive the vehicle.This is verydangerous.16halfway point.Stop and go driving,driving at high speeds during warm weather or driving up a steep gra ⁃dient may cause the poi nter to move toward the red sector.If your vehicle overheats,water lampcomes and the indicator goes up.However when the quantity of coolant is below of the specifica ⁃tion,the warning buzzer will sound.At this time,stop your vehicle im ⁃mediately.VOLTAGE GAUGEThe voltmeter indicates the battery state of charge.Check while the engine is running.The pointer should always indicate between 20and 30volts.If the pointer reads above 30volts or below 20volts,contact your nearest authorized JAC dealer.OIL PRESSURE GAUGEThe gauge indicates the engine oil pressure while the engine is run ⁃ning.If the gauge indicates below 0.5kg/cm 2,oil warning lamp comes on and buzzerwill sound at the same time.At this time stop the engine imme ⁃diately and check the lubricatingsystem.NOTE:Engine oil pressure when the engine is cold may go up above normal pressure.If the engine is warm,the gauge will lightINDICATORLIGHTSAUTO GREASE WARNING LIGHTThe auto grease warning light is on about42seconds when filling on grease at each moving part,then goes out.This light comes on continuously when trouble occurs on this sys⁃tem.TRAILER LOCK LIGHT (ONLY TRACTOR)(ONLY IN⁃STALLED IN TRCATOR)The trailer lock light will be illumi⁃nated when transmission is shifted into reverse and trailer lock switch is on.P.T.O INDICATOR LIGHT The P.T.O indicator light will be illu⁃minated when the P.T.O switch is on.THE HEATER MIRROR IN⁃DICATOR LIGHTWhen the heater mirror switch ison,the outside rearview mirrorglass is heated and the heat mirrorindicator light comes on at thesame time.PARKING BRAKEThis light will be illuminated whenthe parking brake is applied andthe ignition on,and should be ex⁃tinguished when the parking brakeis released.The vehicle should notbe driven until the parking brakehas been released and the lightextinguished.HIGH BEAM INDICATORLIGHTThe high beam indicator lightcomes on whenever the headlightsare switched to high beam.TURN SIGNAL INDICA⁃TOR LIGHTSThe blinking green arrow on theinstrument panel shows the direc⁃tion indicated by the turn signals.If the arrow comes on but does notblink,blinks more rapidly than nor⁃mal or does not blink at all,a mal⁃function in thetum signal system ischeckedOIL PRESSUREWARNING18INDICATOR LIGHTS INSPEC鄄TION KNOBTo confirm a short of the bulb,press the knob.In case of a shortof the bulb,the bulb should be ex⁃changed as soon as possible.TRUN SIGNAL SWITCHPulling the lever back(away fromyou)causes the turn signals theleft side of the vehicle to blink.Pushing the lever forward(towardyou)causes the turn signals on theright side of the vehicle to blink.Asthe turn is completed,the lever willautomatically return to the centerposition and turn off the turn sig⁃nals at the same time.If either turnsignal indicator light blinks morerapidly than usual,goes on butdoes not blink,or does not go onat ail,there is a malfunction in thesystem.Check for a burned-outfuse or bulb or you're your autho⁃rized JAC dealer.HEADLIGHT SWITCHTo operate the headlights,turn thebarrel on the end of the multifunc⁃21CAUTION:If the vehicle is driven in condi⁃tion that air pressure warninglight comes on,this is very dan⁃gerous.If a pressure rising timehas a long interval,have the airsystem checked and repairedby an authorizeddealer.20plied.ABS WARNING LIGHTWhen the key is turned to"ON",ABS warning light will be on andthen off in a few seconds.If ABS warning light remains onwhile driving,or remains off whenthe key is turned to"ON",theremay be a problem about ABS.In this case,you should show anauthorized JAC dealer your vehicleand check it as soon as possible.Though there is a problem aboutthe vehicle,the normal brake sys⁃tem will still operate except ABSDOOR AJAR WARNINGLIGHTThe door ajar warning light warnsyou that a door is not completelyclosed.CHARGE WARNING LIGHTThe charge warning light shouldcome on when the ignition key isturned on,then go out when theengine is running.If the lightcomes on while you are driving,stop and turn off the engine andcheck the tension of the belt.If thebelt is loose or fraying,adjust orreplace the belt.BRAKE WARNING LIGHTThe brake warning light will be il⁃luminated when oil leaks from thebrake system or the brake perfor⁃mance dropped due to wearingbrake shoe.If possible,stop immediately andcontact your authorized dealer.AIR PRESSURE WARNINGLIGHTWhen the air pressure in the airreservoir dropped(below4.8-5.7kg/cm2)and the en⁃gine is on the air pressure warninglight comes on and the buzzersounds at the same time.Then stopdriving your vehicle immediatelyand run the engine at idle.Wait un⁃til the air pressure gets back andthis warning light will go out.NOTE:●Close the door completely.●Before driving,check thatthe warning light has goneout.22tion switch.The first position turns on the parking lights,sidelights,taillightsandinstrumentpanellights.The second position turns on the headlights.High-beam and Low-beam To turn on the headlight high beams,push the lever upward.For low beams,pull the lever down.The appropriate headlight beam in ⁃dicator light will come on at the same time.Passing switchThe headlights will be flashed when the lever is pushed upward andreleaseautomatically.Theheadlights can be flashed even though the headlight switch is in the "OFF"position.WINDSHIELD WIPERThe windshield wiper switch has three positions:INT:Intermittent wiper operation LO :Low-speed operationHI :High-speed operationNOTE:This function is operated when the headlight switch is in the "ON"position.NOTE:To prevent damage to the wiper system,do not attempt to wipe away heavy accumulations of snow or ice.Accumulatedsnowandiceshould be removed manually,If there is only a light layer of snow or ice,operate the heater in the defrost mode to melt the snow or ice before using thewiper.23WINDSHIELD WASHER OPER 鄄ATIONTo use the windshield washer,press in on the button on the end of the wiper/washer lever.When the washer button is pressed,the wipersautomaticallymaketwopasses across the windshield,And the windshield wiper is operated 2to 3times at the same time,The washer continues to operate as long as the button is depressed.EXHAUST BRAKE SWITCHTo use the exhaust brake,put the "ON"position.The exhaust brake operates when you remove your foot from the accelerator pedal and the clutch pedal.The exhaust brake will not operate automatically if you operate the accelerator ped ⁃al or the clutch pedal.Use exhaust brake when going down a slope.HAZARD WARNINGThe hazard warning lamp shouldCAUTION:●Do not use the wiper when the windshield is dry.●The washer button shouldnot be pressed if the washer reservoir is empty.This can damage the washer fluid pump.Do not operate the washer for more than 15seconds at atime.24be used whenever you find it nec ⁃essary to stop the car in a haz ⁃ardous location.When you must make such an emergency stop,always pull off the road as far as possible.The hazard warning lights are turned on by pushing in on the hazard switch .This causes all turn signal lights to blink.The hazard warning lights will operate even though the key is not in the ignition.To turn the hazard warning lights off,push in on the switch a second time.FOG LAMP SWITCHUse the fog lamp when you go through the foggy e the fog lamp rotating the multiuse lever to 1step when you are not able to see well due to fog.While operat ⁃ing this switch,clearance lamp,tail lamp,licence plate lamp,instru ⁃ment lamps will come on at the same time.Press the switch one more and the fog lamp will turn offWORKING LIGHT SWITCHThere is a terminal for the work switch in the right side of the bat ⁃tery box.When the switch is turned to "ON",you can use a light by connecting a terminal of the light to the termi ⁃nal of the work switch.(If you want to use a light,you should prepare the light and itsterminal)Depress the switch to heat the rear view mirror glass.The rear view mirror glass will be heated for de ⁃frosting or defogging and will give you improved rear view in all weather conditions.The outside rear view mirror heater automatical ⁃ly turns itself off after approximate ⁃ly 15minutes.STEERING WHEEL &HORNour JAC is equipped with integral styled steering wheel.The horn button is located on the center of the wheel.The horn sounds when the horn button is pressed firmly.STARTING THEENGINEINWINTERIn cold winter ,when the ignition switch is turned to the ON position then the amber lampwill comeon.Hold the switch there and wait until the lamp is off.Start the en ⁃gine.AIR HEATING SYSTEMThe air heating system warms the intake air up in order to start the engine well and decrease white fume is emitted through the ex ⁃haust pipe in winter.When the ignition key is turned to the ON position,the system is op ⁃erated automatically.If thelamp is turned on whenturning the ignition key to the ON position,wait until the lamp is off.And start theengine.25OUTSIDE REAR VIEW MIRROR HEATER (Ifinstalled)PARKINGBRAKE(EXCEPTTRACTOR,PULL CARGO)Always engage the parking brake before leaving the vehicle.This al ⁃so turns on the parkingbrake indi ⁃cator light when the key is in the "ACC"or "ON"position.Before driv ⁃ing away,be sure that the parking brake is fully released and that the indicator light is off.●To engage the parking brake,pull the lever up.●To release the parking brake,pull up and press thumb button.Fullair brakesThe full air brake vehicles are e ⁃quipped with an emergency brake.Should the compressed air pres ⁃surefallbelow2.7kgf/crn2(265kPa),spring operated emer ⁃gency brake is automatically ap ⁃plied to the rear wheels.On trac ⁃tors,service brakes are applied to the trailer as well.INTERIOR LIGHTThe interior courtesy lights has two buttons.The two buttons are:In the ""position,the interiorcourtesy lightcomes on whenany door is opened regardless of the ignition key position.In the position,the light stays on at all times.26CAUTION:If thelamp blinks,the airheating relay may be damaged or a fuse blown,Check and re ⁃place it.NOTE:The buzzer may sound when the parking brake Is released.(ONLY TRACTOR,PULL CAR ⁃GO)If the buzzer sounds,have the brake system checked as follows:●Check the air pressure in the air reservoir.●Check the oil leaks frombrake system.●Check the clearance ofbrake shoes.27Map LightThe two map lamp switches are located on both sides of the interi ⁃or light.Push inthemaplightswitch to turn the light on or off.Reading LightThe two reading light has two but ⁃tons which located each side of in ⁃terior light.Sleeper lightThe three positions are:●DR (●)In the middle position (●),the in ⁃terior courtesy light comes on when any door is opened regard ⁃less of the ignition key position.The light goes out when the door is closed.●ONIn the "ON"position,the light stays on at all times.●OFFIn the "OFF"position,the light stays off at all times even though a door is open.Front door step warning lightA yellow light comes on when the front door is opened.The purpose of this light is to assist when you get on or off and also to warm passing vehicles.HOOD RELEASEPull the release knob to open the hood.The hood will spring up slightly.In front of the vehicle,lift the hood.The hood will open completely by itself after it raised about halfway.To close the hoed,lower and press down on it.After closing the hood,try pulling it up to make sure it is securely closed.DIGITAL CLOCKThere are five control buttons for the digital clock.Their functions are:HOUR -Push "H"to advance the hour indicated.MIN -Push "M"to advance theminute indicated.RESET-Push "R"to reset minutes to ":00"to facilitate resetting the clock to the correct time.When this is done:Pressing "R"between 10:30and 11:29changes the readout to 11:00.Pressing "R"between 11:30and 12:29changes thereadout to 12:00.ALARM -In state of holding the alarm button,push "H"or "M".STOP-To stop the alarm,push the "ST"button.CENTERCONSOLE28CAUTION:The hoodshouldbekeepclosed when the car is in mo ⁃tion.1.GEARBOX HANDLEThe select lever is marked on the gearbox handle so that the driver can control the speed of the truck convenietly.Be sure to the select lever position right before shift the gear shift lever,else will lead to a wrong operation and the truck cann't run steadly.2.CIGARETTE LIGHTERFor the cigarette lighter to work,the key must be in the "ACC"posi ⁃tion or the "ON"position.To use the cigarette lighter,push it all the way into its socket.When the element has heated,the lighter will pop out to the "ready"position.Do not hold the cigarette lighter pressed in.This can damage theheating element and create a fire hazard.If it is necessary to replace the cigarette lighter,use only a gen ⁃uine JAC replacement or its ap ⁃proved equivalent.3.ASHTRAYThe ashtray may be opened by pushing and releasing the ashtray door at its top edge.To remove the ashtray in order to clean it,the metal ash receptacle should be re ⁃moved from the ashtray door.Do not attempt to remove the entire ashtray door assembly or damage will result.Instead,push the metal ash receptacle down and forward in the ashtray door,and it can then be lifted out.To reinstall it,place itin the proper position and press it down and forward to reengage the ash receptacle rear lip in the ash ⁃tray door.The ashtray lamp will on ⁃ly illuminate when the exterior body
