【整体设计思路】本课时教学设计基于单元整体设计,根据年段的内容标准,结合教材、学生情况等因素确立单元目标,围绕话题Festivals,将相关的语言知识、语言技能、学习策略、文化意识和情感态度等进行有机融合。
在制定课时目标时,结合单课话题The Spring Festival,将语言内容进一步具体化,有所侧重并体现层次,最终达成相关语用任务,即:在语境中,能借助板书、媒介等,有序介绍春节的基本信息、传统活动、传统食物,感受节日意义。
在此过程中,将课堂教学活动设计转化为学生学习经历,引领学生在探究语篇主题意义的过程中,感知、吸收并内化,在学科育人中多维度融合,培养学生英语学科核心素养。
教材内容为仁爱版英语七年级下册Unit8 Topic3 Section C,是一篇关于春节的阅读课,教学活动为1a和3。
依据大单元教学,将本课内容与本话题进行整合,以“弘扬中华民族精神,用英语讲中国故事”为目的,本节课只阅读中国传统节日相关内容,对1a进行详读,整合教材2进行泛读。
3不再单纯地只写一篇文章,而是结合本课创设的情境,省文化中心需要文化大使传播中国传统节日文化,学生以文化大使的身份展示中国传统节日文化。
【教学目标】知识与技能1.围绕The Spring Festival的话题,在视听、阅读、表达过程中,能知晓春节的基本信息、传统活动以及传统食物。
2.讨论中国四大传统节日特殊活动与节日意义,能进一步感受相关的活动内容。
3.通过skimming,scanning,careful reading层层推进,在完成阅读任务的同时,提高阅读技能。

还可用How’s the weather......?和What do you think of the weather.....?句型来询问。
like后接时间或地点,答语可用It+表示天气情况的动词/It is+表示天气情况的形容词e.g. What’—It often snows./ It is snowy.表示天气的名词、动词、形容词的内在规律和联系:名词→形容词一般在名词后加y,或双写名词末尾的辅音字母加y。
如:sun→sunny (晴朗的)fog→foggy(有雾的)rain→rainy (下雨的)ice→icy(有冰的)wind→windy(有风的)nip→nippy (寒风刺骨的)snow→snowy(下雪的)cloud→cloudy(多云的)rain, snow, wind通常用作不可数名词。
当要表示“一阵......,一场......”时,前面可以加不定冠词,这时名词前用形容词修饰。
e.g. a fine rain一场好雨 a heavy rain一场大雨 a cold wind一阵寒风✧rain, snow还可以作动词,用副词修饰。
如e.g. It’s raining/ snowing. 正在下雨/下雪。
It often rains/ snows here. 这里时常下雨/下雪。
注意:wind/ cloud/ sun不用作动词。
