摘要:本实用新型公开了一体化强电轻触开关,包括装饰面板、前盖框、安装板、开关按键、开关中盖、按键线路板、控制线路板和后座壳,装饰面板固定在前盖框的上表面,安装板固定在前盖框的背面,开关按键安装在开关中盖上,按键线路板与控制线路板电性连接,按键线路板位于控制线路板的上方,控制线路板安装在后座壳内;还包括控制线路板盖板,该控制线路板盖板与后座壳的顶端连接,开关中盖与控制线路板盖板可拆卸连接,控制线路板盖板还与安装板可拆卸连接。
开关按键、开关中盖、按键线路板、控制线路板盖板、控制线路板和后座壳形成为一个电位模块,将该电位模块整体与安装板装配,形成一体化结构,大大降低产品占用空间,并且部件减少,装配次数少。

The 200.00 mV and 2.0000 V ranges provide a high input impedance of 1 GΩ to minimize the load on the voltage signal. A 5.000A range measures the IR drop across a built-in 10 mΩ current shunt. The transmitters can also easily be scaled in software for use with external shunts.Fast read rate at up to 50 or 60 conversions per second while integrating the signal over a full power line cycle is provided by Concurrent Slope (Pat 5,262,780) analog-to-digital conversion. High read rate is ideal for peak or valley capture and for real-time computer interface and control.Digital signal filtering modes are selectable for stable readings in electrically noisy environments.•An unfiltered selection provides true peak and valley readings and aids in control applications.• A batch average filter selection averages each 16 conversions for an update every 1/4 sec.•An adaptive moving average filter selection provides a choice of 8 time constants from 80 ms to 9.6 s. When asignificant change in signal level occurs, the filter adapts by briefly switching to the shortest time to follow the change, then reverts back to its selected time constant. An Auto settingselects the time constant selection based on signal noise. Standard features of Laureate LTE transmitters include:•Ethernet I/O, isolated. Supported protocols are ModbusRTU and ASCII (tunneled via Modbus TCP) and Laurel ASCII.The latter is simpler than the Modbus protocol and is recom-mended when all devices are Laureates. Shrinking could lead to an incomplete seal, allowing contaminants into the core. Expansion could damage the component. We recommend a manual inspection after potting to avoid these effects.Storage Conditions:• A storage of Würth Elektronik products for longer than 12 months is not recommended. Within other effects, the terminals may suffer degradation, resulting in bad solderability. Therefore, all products shall be used within the period of 12 months based on the day of shipment.•Do not expose the components to direct sunlight.•The storage conditions in the original packaging are defined according to DIN EN 61760-2.•The storage conditions stated in the original packaging apply to the storage time and not to the transportation time of the components. Using your compressor on unlevel or unstable ground may cause a lack of lubrication and the pump to seize, this damage will not be covered under warranty.GUARD AGAINST ELECTRIC SHOCKAvoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces (e.g. pipes and refrigerators).DO NOT OVERLOAD AIR COMPRESSORSThe air compressor will do a better, safer job and give you much better service if it’s used at the duty cycle for which it was designed. The duty cycle will only take effect after the initial (1st ) tank fill for the day. This air compressors duty cycle is 75%. Duty cycle is the proportion of time during which the air compressor is operating compared with not operating. For example a 75% duty cycle could mean after 45 seconds of operation, motor pumping, the air compressor must be left for 15 seconds resting, motor not pumping. When the motor is pumping the attached air tool can not be used. Simple way to understand duty cycle is only use the attached air tool while the compressor is not pumping. Stop using the attached tool as soon as the air compressor starts pumping.USE THE RIGHT TOOLSelect the right tool for the job. Do not use a tool for a job for which it was not designed. Do not force a small air compressor to do the job of a heavy–duty air compressor. Once turned and you begin using the connected airtools the air compressor will start and stop withoutwarning. (1)垂直方向:顶灯箱在展柜顶部与天花板之间居中安装,但顶灯箱下部距离展柜顶部的间距不得超过10cm;
(2)水平方向:原则上左侧顶灯箱左对齐左侧展柜外侧、右侧顶灯箱右对齐右侧展柜外侧,各顶灯箱之间的间距均等。
3、展柜产品配置规定:安装旗舰版展柜的终端,标准展柜上的产品配置严格遵守公司制定的标准,不得随意更换;同时,申请旗舰版展柜必须同时申请展柜样品。
无论是否申请展柜样品,均按照所申请展柜的产品配置扣除产品费用。
4、展柜申请注意事项:申请展柜时除了需要注明申请展柜的编号、名称及数量外,还需要注明安装位置的空间尺寸并配上照片,以便于公司准确审核该客户终端的展柜安装位置是否符合安装条件;客户终端安装好展柜后,必须拍摄实景照片回传公司备案。
