1、刹车主体它由两个基本部分组成,如图一所示。
其一为静止部分,称为定子;其二为转动部分,称为转子。
在定子与转子之间有一定的气隙,称为工作气隙,电磁涡流刹车的刹车主体采用外电枢结构的型式,也就是说,其转子在定子外面旋转。
刹车的定子由磁极和激磁线圈构成。
磁极是磁路的一部分,采用电工钢制成,这种材料的导磁系数高,矫顽力小,以满足下钻时有用制动扭矩大,而起空吊卡时无用制动扭矩小的要求。
激磁线圈是刹车的电路部分,工作时通以直流电流,它固定于磁极上,与磁极组成一个整体成为定子。

YEJ系列电磁制动三相异步电动机(H80~225mm)一、概述YEJ系列电磁制动三相异步电动机是由电动机和附加圆盘式直流电磁制动器两部分组成,是Y系列(IP44)电动机制派生系列产品。
该系列电动机适用于快速停止、准确定位、往复运转、频繁起动、防止滑行的各种机械中作主轴传动和辅助传动之用,如升降机、食品机械、印刷机械、建筑机械、木工机械、减速机械、冶金机械、锻压机械等拖动。
制动电机不仅用于单机配套,也广泛用于各种自动线上。
使用条件电源为3相、380V、50Hz;工作方式为连续(S1);防护等级,电动机为IP44,制动器的机械部分的防护等级为IP23;冷却方式ICO141;绝缘等级为B级;电动机接法为3kW以下Y联结,4kW以上△联结;环境温度为-20~+40℃;海参拔为1000m;制动方式为无励磁制动,制动器由电动机接线盒内的整流器供给。
中心高不大于H100mm AC(交流)220V→DC(直流)99V;中心高大于H100mm AC(交流)380V→DC(直流)170V。
型号含义二、结构简介YEJ系列电动机的安装尺寸符合IEC标准,电动机的轴向长度大约是同规格Y系列(IP44)电动机的1.2倍左右。
该电动机的定子、转子与Y系列(IP44)电动机通用,与Y系列(IP44)电动机不同的是在电动机的非轴伸端的端盖与风扇之间安装一个直流圆盘制动器,当电动机接入电源,制动器也同时工作,由于电磁吸力作用,磁铁吸引衔铁并压缩弹簧,制动盘与衔铁、端盖脱开,电动机开努运转。
当电源断电时,制动器与电磁铁失去电磁吸力,弹簧推动衔铁压紧制动盘,在摩擦力的作用下,电动机立即停止转动。
该电动机的制动器具有人工释放机构,可进行电气释放,也可进行人工释放。
