艾默生智能无线设备使用手册一、使用前准备:SMART WIRELESS GA TEWA Y#1光盘,艾默生智能无线设备软件包,网络交叉线。
二、艾默生变送器、无线发送设备、智能无线网络设备设置参见《艾默生智能无线网络设置指南》三、接收数据计算机软件安装:1、SMART WIRELESS GA TEWA Y安装:把SMART WIRELESSGA TEWA Y#1光盘插入计算机,就会自动运行(如果不能自动运行,请打开光盘,运行autorun或setup,(见图1),按照提示安装完成。
2、SMART WIRELESS GA TEWA Y配置:运行桌面上Security Setup程序(见图2),添加一个OPC Proxy(见图3),就会产生一个OPC Proxy图标,图标命名为SMART WIRELESS GA TEWA Y设备的IP地址,在图标上右击,选择属性(见图4),配置OPC连接地址(见图5)。
然后选择文件,保存,按照要求填入E-mail地址,验证完后重新启动计算机。
3、接收软件运行:运行\commom\xpsetreg.bat4、运行PsOPCClient.exe(见图6),在运行界面中1栏中servers中选择“EmersonPrrocess gatewayOpcServerDA”(见图7),在2栏中点击“Connect”,在3栏中点击“Add”,在4栏中把“Actjve”勾勾上,修改“UpdateRate”保存值(1000为1秒保存一次数据,3000为3秒保存一次数据),在5栏中点击“Add Item”选择测点(见图9),在“Branches”栏中就会列出智能无线网络设备的IP地址,展开地址就会找到变送器测点,选择想监视的测点,在菜单中选择“View”-“Log”(见图8),在“File Name”中填入保存文件的路径河文件名,保存的文件必须是“.txt”文件,如:“d:\opc\opc20110101.txt”,完成后点击“Apply”。
