The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC) invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant Professor level in the area of Theoretical/Computational Chemistry. We are interested in candidates with research goals in all aspects of materials design, characterization and applications in fields such as energy, biomedicine and photonics with special emphasis on the development and utilization of electronic structure computational methods.
