沥青软化点测定仪试验步骤:■试验时,水或甘油必需澄清透亮无杂质,否则影响光路检测。
■水或甘油洄至规定刻度线。
■加热器严禁干烧。
■沥青软化点仪,沥青软化点测定仪显示器及键盘的使用:显示器为左右两组,左边显示时间,右边显示温度,按“结果”键,依次显示试验结果及平均值,按“搅拌”键,磁力搅拌器开始搅拌,再按一次搅拌键,搅拌停止。
搅拌速度可调后盖板上的“搅拌”按钮。
操作规程:■接好电源线,按“电源”按钮,指示灯亮。
■依据试样规格选用量程,在沥青软化点仪,沥青软化点测定仪摆杆上挂上或取下砣,必要时调整缓冲手轮。
■依据试样开关及尺寸,把相应的钳口装上下钳口座内。
■在描绘器的专筒上,卷压好记录纸。
■开动油泵拧开油阀使台板上升约10mm,然后关闭送油阀。
