沥青软化点测定仪试验步骤：■试验时，水或甘油必需澄清透亮无杂质，否则影响光路检测。
■水或甘油洄至规定刻度线。
■加热器严禁干烧。
■沥青软化点仪,沥青软化点测定仪显示器及键盘的使用：显示器为左右两组，左边显示时间，右边显示温度，按“结果”键，依次显示试验结果及平均值，按“搅拌”键，磁力搅拌器开始搅拌，再按一次搅拌键，搅拌停止。
搅拌速度可调后盖板上的“搅拌”按钮。
操作规程：■接好电源线，按“电源”按钮，指示灯亮。
■依据试样规格选用量程，在沥青软化点仪,沥青软化点测定仪摆杆上挂上或取下砣，必要时调整缓冲手轮。
■依据试样开关及尺寸，把相应的钳口装上下钳口座内。
■在描绘器的专筒上，卷压好记录纸。
■开动油泵拧开油阀使台板上升约10mm，然后关闭送油阀。
