我的名字叫俞敏洪，曾经是一名普通的英语教师，现在是中国新东方教育科技集团的创始人之一。

我想通过我的经历，告诉大家，只要心中有梦想，勇往直前，就一定能够创造属于自己的辉煌。

一、梦想的种子每个人都有自己的梦想，这是人生的动力源泉。

我的梦想，始于我对英语的热爱。

在上世纪八十年代，中国刚刚开始改革开放，英语成为了一门重要的外语。

我从小就对英语充满了兴趣，梦想着有一天能够流利地用英语与世界交流。

然而，现实总是残酷的。

高考失利，我被迫进入了一所师范学校，成为了一名英语教师。

在当时，成为一名英语教师并不是什么光彩的事情。

但是，我并没有放弃我的梦想。

我告诉自己，既然不能成为一名外交官，那就做一名优秀的英语教师，让更多的人通过我的努力，走向世界。

就这样，我在师范学校里努力学习，不断提升自己的英语水平，同时也积累了丰富的教学经验。

二、奋斗的征程1993年，我怀揣着梦想，来到了北京。

这里，是我梦想的起点，也是我奋斗的征程。

刚开始，我只是一个普通的英语教师，每个月的工资只有几百块钱。

但是，我并没有因此而气馁。

相反，我更加努力地工作，用心去教育每一个学生。

我的课堂上，总是充满了欢声笑语，学生们也都很喜欢我。

然而，生活的压力让我不得不思考如何改变现状。

我开始尝试着做家教，利用业余时间为学生提供英语辅导。

慢慢地，我的名声越来越大，学生越来越多。

1995年，我创办了新东方学校，希望通过自己的努力，让更多的学生受益。

创业的道路充满了艰辛。

我曾经因为资金短缺而四处奔走，也曾因为教学理念的不同而与合作伙伴产生分歧。

但是，每当我想到自己的梦想，想到那些渴望学习的孩子们，我就充满了力量。

我相信，只要坚持下去，就一定能够成功。

三、成长的历程经过二十多年的发展，新东方已经成为中国最大的教育培训机构之一。

在这个过程中，我不仅实现了自己的梦想，也见证了中国教育事业的蓬勃发展。

大家好！今天，我站在这里，非常荣幸能够与大家分享我的创业故事和心得。

我叫俞敏洪，是新东方教育的创始人之一。

回首过去，从一名普通教师到如今的教育企业家，我的创业之路充满了艰辛与挑战，但也正是这些经历，让我深刻体会到了梦想的力量和坚持的意义。

首先，我想说的是，创业并非一帆风顺，但正是这种不平凡的经历，让我们更加珍惜每一个机会，更加坚定地追求自己的梦想。

一、梦想的种子我出生在一个普通的农村家庭，从小对知识充满了渴望。

那时候，我就梦想着有一天能够走出农村，改变自己的命运。

大学毕业后，我成为了一名英语教师。

虽然生活简单，但我对教育事业的热爱让我乐此不疲。

1993年，我带着对教育的热情和对未来的憧憬，毅然决然地辞去了稳定的工作，开始了自己的创业之路。

那时，我只有几千块钱的积蓄，但我相信，只要我努力，就一定能够实现自己的梦想。

二、创业的艰辛刚开始创业时，我面临着许多困难和挑战。

首先，资金问题让我陷入了困境。

为了筹集资金，我不得不四处奔波，甚至向亲朋好友借钱。

其次，市场竞争激烈，许多教育培训机构如雨后春笋般涌现，我需要不断创新，才能在激烈的市场竞争中立足。

在创业的过程中，我也遇到了许多挫折。

有一次，我举办了一场英语培训班，报名人数寥寥无几。

看着空荡荡的教室，我倍感沮丧，甚至想要放弃。

但正是这种挫败感，让我更加坚定了继续前行的决心。

三、坚持的力量创业的道路上，我始终坚信，只要坚持下去，就一定能够成功。

于是，我不断地学习，提升自己的教育教学水平，同时，也积极拓展市场，寻求合作伙伴。

1995年，新东方教育科技集团正式成立。

在之后的几年里，我带领团队不断努力，新东方逐渐成为国内知名的教育培训机构。

然而，成功并没有让我停止脚步。

我深知，教育事业的使命远不止于此。

四、梦想的实现如今，新东方已经发展成为一家涵盖语言培训、出国留学、基础教育、在线教育等多个领域的教育机构。

我们的学生遍布全国乃至全球，我为新东方的成就感到自豪。

在实现梦想的过程中，我总结出以下几点心得：1. 坚持梦想，永不放弃。

我是属于没有什么才华，但是能够把这些有才华的人统一在一起的人。

新东方是真实的“土鳖”带着一群“海归”创业的历史。

因为最初就我一个人，后来来的第一批人，当然在他们来之前还有我老婆，我和我老婆两个人。

后来我真心在1995年年底的时候把徐小平、王强这些在海外留过学、打国工，充满个性的人请回来。

你知道把充满个性的人请回来会带来什么样的后果，所以他们回来的第一天就把我老婆给“开”了。

海归确实思想比较先进，海归如果在中国这么干旱的土地上爬得习惯，并且爬出生命力的话，一般来说有一只“土鳖”先带着比较容易成功！所以就有了我这只“土鳖”，正是基于这样的自信，我们在整整十几年的时间里，一边打磨，一边增值（我们增值不是为了自己的利益，不是为了自己的长相，也不是为了女朋友），而是为了新东方到底怎么做才能做得更好。

在过程中我个人接受了一次次洗礼，家族制的排除，把我老婆排除了，我老婆半年不跟我上床，老妈半年不给我做饭。

他们没有中间道路，因为家族合伙人、股份制完全不兼容。

所以非常庆幸，一路过程中间，新东方在中西方文化碰撞，这些朋友的思想碰撞里一路成长起来。

这个过程中我也非常庆幸，尽管自己没有留过学，但有一帮留过学的朋友在我身边提醒我，我也受到了教育，没有大学名称和大学大本的教育，以及身边没有在新东方的朋友李开复先生，我在他身上看到了职业经理人和创业者的完美结合。

当一个人为别人活着的时候，就非常麻烦。

因为别人的标准是不一样的，没有坚持了自己的追求而想要的东西，你的尊严和自尊是得不到保证的，因为你总是在飘摇中间。

对于我们来说，保持自己尊严和自尊的最好的方法是什么呢?就是说你有一个梦想，通过从最基本的一个步骤，你就可以开始追求。

比如说最后你想取代我，成为新东方的董事长和总裁，你能不能做到?只要你有足够的心态和足够做事情的方法，以及胸怀，肯定是能做到的。

凡是想要一下子把一件事情干成的人，就算他干成这件事情，他也没有基础，因为等于是在沙滩上造的房子，最后一定会倒塌。

只有慢慢地一步一步把事情干成的，每一步都给自己打下坚实的基础，每一步都给自己一个良好的交代，再重新向未来更高去走每一步的人，他才能够把事情真正地做成功。

当你决定了一辈子干什么以后，你就要坚定不移地干下去，就不要随便地换。
