本文主要介绍燃气轮机长期在低负载工况下,如何通过修改系统参数的控制逻辑,优化机组运行效果,节省系统能耗,延长机组使用寿命。

1 系统介绍燃气轮机是海上作业平台最为关键的动力设备,为整个平台提供电力供应。
中海石油某海上作业平台选用的是Solar公司的金牛座(TAURUS )T70燃气轮机,它不仅为平台机械设备提供电力供应,而且充分利用其燃烧废热给平台热媒系统提供热能,系统简图如图1所示。
燃气轮机以空气作为介质,工作时压气机从外界大气中吸入空气,并将其进行压缩,经过压缩的气体一部分进入燃烧室,与喷入的燃料相混合,点火燃烧,产生高温高压的燃气,具有高温高压的燃气进入涡轮膨胀做功;另有一部分作为密封气对轴承进行密封,防止滑油泄露;大部分压缩空气则起冷却的作用,防止机组部件过于高温,直接影响着机组排气(尾气)温度。

该烟囱0~20m砼筒壁采用翻板施工,20m~150m采用无井架液压滑模方法施工。
二、工程特点:1、烟囱滑模机械化程度高,施工速度快,对各项施工工序、电源供给及各种配套设备要求比较高,施工中必须合理组织,一环扣一环。
平时应作好机械设备的保养、维护工作。
2、烟囱设计为150m,安全威胁和危险大,且工期较紧,工人劳动强度相对较大,故应做好安全防护工作,防止意外事故的发生.3、烟囱滑模施工正处于攀枝花雨季,天气炎热,故应做好防雨、防雷、防暑等工作。
4、本工程滑模设备在20m处组装,难度较大,故应做好组装中统一协调的工作。
