环氧树脂经胺类和酸酐类等固化剂固化后,可具有优异的热性能和机械强度。
但是纯环氧树脂固化后形成高度交联的三维网状结构,分子链间不易滑动,导致固化后树脂质脆、抗冲击韧性差,不足以满足工程技术的要求,使用范围受到限制[1,2]。
为了确保环氧树脂的实际应用,对其进行增韧改性成为重要的研究课题。
通常可通过加入刚性材料或弹性体改善材料的能量吸收能力实现环氧树脂的增韧。
采用橡胶弹性体对环氧树脂增韧的研究开展较早,已取得了大量研究成果。
随着市场对材料性能要求的不断提升,研究者对环氧树脂的增韧研究也有了新的突破。
目前环氧树脂的增韧方式主要包括:橡胶弹性体增韧、热塑性树脂增韧、互穿网络聚合物增韧、热致液晶聚合物增韧、刚性纳米粒子增韧、柔性链段固化剂增韧、超支化聚合物增韧、核壳聚合物增韧等[3,4]。
本文主要介绍近年来环氧树脂增韧改性方法的研究进展及其增韧机理。
2.1 橡胶弹性体增韧环氧树脂橡胶弹性体增韧环氧树脂是目前较成熟的一种方法。

化学特性:由于分子结构中除含有环氧基、羟基外,还含有不饱和键,因此不仅通常的固化剂能使其固化,而且烯类单体在过氧化物引
发下也可进行交联,固化产物热变形温度250℃。
应用
用作环氧树脂胶黏剂的稀释剂。
也用于配制环氧树脂胶黏2000#5%~30%E-51环氧树脂95%~70%、低分子聚酰胺、改性胺固化剂等可配成室温固化耐化学品及耐水胶黏剂,粘接钢板,室温/24h固化后剪切强度21MPa;100℃/1h固化后剪切强度39MPa。
80℃浸水3d和7d。
剪切强度分别为29.5MPa和31MPa。

含柔性链段环氧树脂的合成与性能采用甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)与聚丙二醇(PPG)合成端异氰酸酯基聚醚(ITPs),利用ITPs与环氧树脂反应,合成了含柔性链段环氧树脂。
使用FT-IR、DSC、SEM对产物结构及改性后固化物的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)和断面形貌进行了表征,并探讨了柔性链段对提高环氧树脂固化物粘接性能和韧性的作用机理。
结果表明,ITPs可与环氧树脂链上的仲羟基反应,生成含柔性链段环氧树脂。
少量ITPs的引入可阻碍固化物中分子内氢键的产生,使粘接性能提高,同时ITPs的引入可钝化裂纹的失稳扩展,使固化物韧性提高,但拉伸强度略有降低。
标签:环氧树脂;甲苯二异氰酸酯;端异氰酸酯基聚醚;增韧改性环氧树脂固化后交联密度大,易导致其内应力大,因此其固化物存在柔韧性差的缺点[1]。
为提高环氧树脂的柔韧性,国内外学者对其做了大量的改性研究[2~5]。
其中柔性链聚合物增韧环氧树脂是将柔性链段键合至环氧树脂交联网络中,形成紧密、疏松相间的两相网络结构[6],从而增加固化体系对应力的分散能力,在提高环氧树脂固化物柔韧性的同时简化了固化成型工艺。
目前柔性链聚合物增韧环氧树脂的报道主要是合成含柔性链段的环氧树脂固化剂来增韧环氧树脂[7],而将柔性链直接引入环氧树脂链段间增韧环氧树脂的研究还鲜有报道。
本文利用TDI分子中2个异氰酸酯基(-NCO)反应活性存在差异的特点[8],将聚醚柔性链段直接引入到环氧树脂链段间,使柔性链段能均匀分布于环氧树脂固化后形成的交联网络中,以期在改善环氧树脂固化物柔韧性的同时,提高其粘接性能。

嘉盛德DX7160评估报告前言:DX7160是一款高柔韧性环氧树脂,具有优良的柔韧性,常温高弹性、高延伸率,优异的粘结性;可用于挠性覆铜板等行业改善材料韧性。
一、实验目的:在FCCL(挠性覆铜板)覆盖膜配方中,分别使用我司DX7160产品与日本DIC EXA-4816产品,与原配方体系进行对比实验,以评估两者在柔韧性方面的差异。
二、实验步骤:1、树脂基本性能对比IQC检验,基本数据如下表:测试项目DX7160 EXA-4816 环氧当量(g/eq) 430 403水解氯(ppm) 714 5422、覆盖膜性能对比试验2.1实验步骤①实验室配制各100g胶水,置于混合机上搅拌均匀,静置消泡待用。
配方1为现用覆盖膜配方,配方2为4816取代20%双酚A环氧,配方3为7160取代取代20%双酚A环氧。
②在聚酰亚胺薄膜上进行涂布,涂布的干胶厚度约为15μm,干燥条件为160℃/5min,固化条件为170℃/1h。
③基本性能:按IPC-4202标准测试。
