MS3- C 电路板使用说明概述:MS3-C 电路板是通用标准型层站控制板,体积小巧,集成了点阵式显示器和具有自动寻址功能的CAN 总线。

具有低功耗、结构紧凑、抗干扰能力强等特点。

以下为MS3-C 的外观图及接口说明:(顶层)(底层)CANFIRE SFOUT UP ↑DOWN ↓ZSE INBOLTPWRARROW JCANPWR接口(3.96mm间距):这是电路板DC24V工作电源接口:1 -- 0V2 -- +24VCAN接口(2.54mm 间距):这是CAN-BUS总线接口:1 -- 自学习输入(低电平有效)2 -- 自学习输出(低电平有效)3 -- 串行数据CAN-L4 -- 串行数据CAN-HARROW接口(2.54mm 间距):这是到站钟输出接口:1 -- 上行箭头/上行到站信号2 -- +24V3 -- +24V4 -- 下行箭头/下行到站信号SFOUT接口(2.54mm 间距):这是“特殊运行”或“编程输出”接口:1 -- 特殊运行输出信号2 -- +24V3 -- +24V4 -- 编程输出信号UP接口(2.54mm 间距):这是上行召唤按钮接口:1 -- +24V2 --上行召唤按钮LED3 -- 上行召唤开关信号4 -- GNDDOWN接口(2.54mm 间距):这是下行召唤按钮接口:1 -- +24V2 --下行召唤按钮LED3 --下行召唤开关信号4 -- GNDFIRE接口(2.54mm 间距):这是消防开关输入接口:1 -- GND2 -- 消防开关信号ZSE接口(2.54mm 间距):这是ZSE开关输入接口:1 -- GND2 -- ZSE开关信号IN 接口(2.54mm 间距):这是空置输入接口:1 -- GND2 -- 输入信号(低电平有效)BOLT 接口(2.54mm 间距):这是厅门门锁检测输入接口*:1 -- GND2 -- 门锁信号(低电平有效)*检测220VAC 安全回路需要增加另一块叫EFCBolt 的电路板,它安装在每层的层门接线盒内。

EFCBolt 电路板(尺寸 90mm x 30mm):JCAN 跳线:如果插入短接桥,则有120Ω的电阻跨接在CAN-L 和CAN-H 上作为CAN-BUS 总线的终端电阻(通常在CAN-BUS 总线的最后一块MS3-C 板需要插入短接桥)。

JIN 跳线:这是用作选择“IN ”的输入信号(如VIP 服务)。

如果短接1-2脚:IN 接口用作空置输入信号。

如果跳线接在这个位置上并且“IN ”输入信号有效时,则编程输出信号(SFOUT 接口的第4脚)有效。

如果短接2-3脚: IN 接口用作VIP 输入信号(特殊运行)。

如果跳线接在这个位置上并且“IN ”输入信号有效时,则特殊运行输出信号(SFOUT 接口的第1脚)有效。

DIP 开关: DIP 开关1:此DIP 开关仅用作MS3-C 电路板的测试。

DIP 开关2和3:此两位DIP 开关用作选择箭头显示模式。

2--OFF, 3--OFF 静态箭头 2--ON, 3--OFF 滚动箭头 2--OFF, 3--ON 移动箭头 2--ON, 3--ON 闪烁箭头滚动和移动箭头:按电梯的运行方向移动。

MS3-C BOLTAC 220VDIP开关4和5:此两位DIP开关用作选择层位显示模式。

4--OFF, 5--OFF 静态层位4--ON, 5--OFF 滚动层位4--OFF, 5--ON 移动层位4--ON, 5--ON MS3-C自检滚动和移动层位:按电梯的运行方向移动。
