第一章 DICE-5208K开发型单片机综合实验仪概述一、系统简介DICE-5208K型单片机实验系统由DICE-5208K开发型单片机综合实验箱、DICE-3000型仿真器、扩展卡和DICE-51仿真开发系统软件等组成。
是《MCS-51单片机原理与接口》、《单片机控制技术》、《C8051Fxxx高速SOC单片机原理及应用》、《EDA》、《VHDL硬件描述语言》、《CPLD/FPGA应用基础》等课程教学的配套实验设备。
新增加了几乎所有最实用、新颖的接口电路(如1 WIRE /I2C/SPI总线等)和通讯类接口实验(如USB2.0通讯/TCP/IP网络通讯/CAN总线/红外线收发等)。
可进行MCS-51、C8051F嵌入式单片机、CPLD/FPGA等课程的开放式实验教学。
二、主要特点1.该实验系统配置DICE-3000型高性能MCS-51硬件仿真器,64K数据空间,64K程序空间全部开放,不占用CPU资源,采用双CPU模式,仿真CPU和用户CPU独立运行,上位仿真软件支持汇编、C语言、PL/M语言。
可运行于WIN98/2000/NT/XP操作系统平台。
2.实验系统带有ISP在线下载电路,学生在完成实验后可脱离仿真机和PC机独立运行学生自行设计的单片机系统。
(可在线编程AT89S51/52/53系列单片机)。
3.该实验系统可扩展C8051F020嵌入式实验开发模块, 并配有DICE-EC5型USB高速通讯仿真器,通过4脚的JTAG接口可以进行非侵入式、全速的在线系统调试、仿真;集成开发环境支持Silicon Labs IDE和KEIL C软件。
4.该实验系统可扩展CPLD/FPGA模块,并配有相应的并口下载电路,轻松变成一台EDA实验开发平台。
5.该实验系统可扩展“数控式电子演示装置”,该装置是本公司的专利产品,结合上位演示软件和USB接口,可为该实验系统扩展多达十五个生动、形象、复杂的实验,其中大部分是闭环实验,实验践性非常强。

剃长绒毛衫时装上起毛圈则效果会更佳。
4、剃绒完毕请及时清理的刀架,网罩和存储器。
5、剃绒器的转速缓慢时,请及时充电,充电时间8-10小时,充电时请将开关关闭。
5208采场作业规程说明书一、块段地质概况:1、块段范围5208采场位于L2号矿体526米~ 566米中段的8号勘探线上,走向长度30米,垂直高度40米。
2、块段地质特征1)、岩性:该块段矿体侵入岩主要是中性—中基性岩脉,主要为闪长玢岩和细晶闪长岩。
闪长玢岩脉主要为灰色、深灰绿色、斑状、似斑状的一组闪长岩岩脉,主要分布在矿体的下盘,一般厚2-5米。
细晶闪长岩形成于闪长玢岩之后,主要为灰绿色、深灰绿色,细晶、微晶、粗晶结构的一组闪长岩岩脉,其中以细晶结构为主,该组岩脉主要分布在矿体上盘,一般厚度0.5-2米。
上述两组岩脉普遍具分枝现象,岩脉产状一般在310°-350°∠60°-80°之间。
2)、构造:矿床内主体构造是以北西向小褶皱和北东向压扭性、张扭性断裂为主。
北西向褶皱走向近330°,自东向西依次为阔个沙也向斜,包古图河背斜,包古图河向斜。
褶皱两翼地层基本对称,且产状较陡,褶皱向南侧伏。
北东向压扭性、张扭性断裂是以一系列走向北东,倾向北西,倾角在60-80之间的断裂组成,并以岩脉充填为特征,该组断裂规模大,横贯全区,断裂面较平直,近于平行排列。
北东向的张性(伴有张扭性特征)断裂是本矿床的主要成矿构造,但断裂规模小,断裂面不平直,并受向斜控制,倾向北西,倾角70°左右。
以充填石英细脉一网脉为特征。
成矿后构造主要是北西向和北北东向断裂,断裂规模小,产状陡。
3)、矿体特征:该段矿脉在平面上呈北东东向的含金石英脉,形态主要为脉状、网脉状,常呈舒缓波状。
平均水平厚度1.23m,平均品位3.29g/t。
产状328°、倾角70°~85°。
上下盘细网脉发育,表现为张性构造特征。
厚度较稳定,其厚度变化系数为44.93%。
品位变化系数为125.68%。
矿脉地表线含矿系数(KPL)为0.83。
由此可见2号主脉在地表沿走各为矿化略有间断,品位变化不均匀,厚度变化中等较稳定的矿脉。
主脉主要沿倾向320°-323°,倾角75°-82°的断裂构造延深。
矿物中的金以次显微细分散的形式存在,脉石中的金主要以细-显微自然金的形式存在。
3、块段勘探手段及现状该块段在526m中段及566m中段的10号勘探线均施工了地探工程,工程网度为30×15m。
4、块段水文地质条件该地段没有涌水现象,仅在节理、裂隙发育处及较大的断层和构造破碎带内及靠近主裂面附近有轻微的滴水,水文地质条件简单。
二、开采技术条件件本块段矿体主要由石英脉包括其围岩组成,都呈脉状沿成矿期构造裂隙产生。
含有黄铁矿、毒砂、辉锑矿,岩石致密,硬度大。
其块状抗压强度、抗拉强度都比较大。
在某一些地段受成矿后期构造应力作用影响,岩石裂隙发育,其力学强度都有所下降,但不会有不良的工程地质灾害发生。
矿体及围岩均末发现有害气体、放射性元素地热等现象。
该块段西部与正在回采的5210采场相邻,东部相邻5206采场正在进行采准工程,其上部的566m中段4208采场相对应,4208开采已结束。
矿床开采技术条件的主要参数见下表:三、采矿方法1、采矿方法的选择:5208采场位于526中段,根据开采技术条件,结合本采场的地质情况,采用上向分层干式充填采矿法。
2、采场布置及其构成要素:5208采场长度30米,高度40米,顶底柱各留5米,以保护分层巷道,左右各留1米间柱。
四、采切工程布置:1)脉外巷道:脉外巷道位于矿体下盘8米左右,大致平行矿体走向,其规格为2.2×2㎡。
2)拉底与人行井:5208采场共有3 条川脉控制,采场设计顺路人行井1个,采用木版架设,规格0.8×0.8㎡。
拉底巷道留有五米底柱,以保护运输巷道,从采场中间天井沿矿体走向方向向东西施工拉底巷道,各15米,规格1×1.8㎡。
3)采场天井:在采场中央向上掘进采场先行天井,与566米中段分层巷道相通,用以通风和充填,并用作第二安全出口,规格1.2×1.2㎡。
4)溜矿井:在施工完探矿川脉后,沿矿体向上施工溜矿井,5208采场设计溜矿井2个,分别在采场西面及采场中央,溜井随采场回采顺路上掘,采用厚度3. 0㎜、直径70cm的铁桶作为溜矿铁桶,随采场回采而顺路架设,供采场出矿。
2、切割工程切割工程是以拉底巷道为最初自由面,将矿体向两边扩帮刷大至采场宽度,为大量落矿创造条件,如果采场有多层矿体,切割工程应按先上盘后下盘的顺序进行。
五、回采工艺:1、落矿方式①凿岩:凿岩采用7655气腿式凿岩机,额定供风量60L/s,钎杆长2.2米,钻头为∮40mm的一字型钻头,钻凿水平炮孔,孔深2.0米。
各炮孔相互平行,交错排列呈拱形。
(见“炮孔布置示意图”)②爆破:周边眼遵循“多打眼少装药”的原则,尽量减少对周围岩石的破坏程度,使顶板形成一个平滑的拱形。
周边眼间距为0.6~0.7米,最小抗线为0.6~0.7米,每个炮孔装药2卷,双管起爆。
大孔距落矿炮眼间距1.2—1.4米之间,最小抵抗线0.7米.每孔装药7卷,连续装药,各排炮眼起爆采用由下及上排间微差起爆方式。
采用火雷管引爆。
(主要爆破参数见"爆破参数计算表")③回采工艺在充填结束后,留下的1.0~1.5米空间,在此基础上进行落矿。
先回采上盘矿体,之后回采下盘矿体;采场控顶高度2.6~2.8米,最高不超过3米。
2、采场排险平场采场每次爆破落矿,至少经过2小时通风后,排险工人方可进入采场排险。
进行敲帮问顶工作,处理干净浮石后,才能进行出矿,出矿结束后,进行清理场地,为下一次凿岩做好准备。
采场二次破碎工作在采场内进行。
矿堆表面的大块,由凿岩爆破工和排险工负责破碎;出矿过程中的大块,由工人将大块挪到一边,凿岩爆破工进行破碎。
每个作业采场由下列人员构成:凿岩爆破工2人,出矿工6人,排险工、维修工、电工采矿车间统一安排。
凿岩爆破工负责采场的凿岩、装药、联线、爆破及大块破碎工作;排险工负责采场的排险,出矿工负责出矿工作。
作业循环制度:每天两班,每班作业10小时,每天完成两个作业循环。
(参见"采场作业循环图表")六、采场出矿采场出矿采用锦州矿山机器厂生产的2DPJ-7.5型耙矿绞车,该耙矿绞车主要参数如下:电动机型号Y132M-4B35,功率7.5千瓦,重量78公斤,平均拉力8千牛,卷筒容绳量:主卷筒45米,副卷筒45米,总重量390公斤。
耙矿绞车将落下矿石耙至溜矿井,由人工放至中段川脉中矿车,运至车场主溜矿井中,由箕斗提升至地面。
耙矿绞车在正常出矿时,不直接耙到上分层充填面,每一分层采完后,对整个采场进行清底,清底时耙入的充填料厚度不得大于0.1米。
七、矿柱回收采场间柱一般不回收,在矿石品位较高的部分,可在相邻后序采场分层验收以前,在采矿管理人员安排下进行回收,回收的高度不大于充填高。
顶底柱为了保护分层巷道,一般不回收。
八、充填工艺分层出矿完成后,由上中段主充填井放下废石或者掘进废石从采场中央的充填井放下,由耙矿绞车搬运平场。
充填以前,要提前焊接溜矿铁桶以及支护人行井。
分层充填完成后控顶高度在1.0-1.2之间。
九.降低损失、贫化措施1.加强采场边界管理,尽可能减少间柱损失,每个采场第一分层切采前,必须定好方向线,确定左右各采多少,在每一分层回采过程中,采矿、测量和车间都要积极配合,抓好采场边界管理。
2.加强地质和测量工作,每回采一个分层,进行一次系统的刻样工作,及时准确地进行素描、实测,并绘制出分层平面图。
准确掌握矿体的上下盘边3.严格按设计施工,及时准确的控制好矿体上下盘边界,以减少废石混入和矿石损失,并妥善保护两盘。
4.严格执行采场粉矿回收制度,每分层回采结束后,人工清理存留粉矿,以减少采场的粉矿损失。
5.加强对充填料的控制,为防止充填料流入矿石溜井,下分层出矿时混入矿石中降低出矿品位。
6.加强对溜矿井质量的管理,接钢溜井时要采用满焊,以减少溜矿井中的粉矿损失。
7.采场内的夹石必须剔除或等出矿完成后落下就地充填,能够剔除的废石尽量选出,集中堆放,以备充填。
8.加强劳动组织管理,按地质圈定的矿体边界回采,对采准、切采、回采均严格要求。
十、安全措施1、采场内有采场联络道及上部人行天井两个安全出中,并且保证两个安全出口的畅通,天井无堵塞,天井内的梯子架设完好。
2、加强采场顶板管理,采场两帮及顶板采用控制爆破,炮孔为水平孔,间距为0.6~0.7米,确保采场顶板爆破后形成一个平整的拱形,顶板不平度小于0.4米。
严禁将两帮打破,必须保护好两帮的完整性,以有效的提高顶板的稳定性。
3、严格遵守作业前敲帮问顶制度,每班作业前必须检查顶板及两帮的变化情况,凡没进行敲帮问顶工作的,严禁任何人进入采场。
4、采场内加强照明,保证采场内各处光线充足。
5、耙矿绞车必须选择在最安全的位置,位置的确定由车间选择,安全生产办监督。
工人操作出矿时电耙通道禁止人员行走。
6、耙矿绞车必须安装漏电保护器。
动力电缆要挂在人行井顶板的两个角上,进入采场后必须吊挂在帮上。
采场中必须安装封闭的电器开关。
7、溜矿井要架格筛,格筛架设要牢固。
防止人员坠井及大块混入。
8、采场内局部破碎地段根据节理面和构造的赋存情况灵活采用各种支护方式,常用的有木撑支护。
根据采场围岩稳固情况,确定支护数量。
9、采场充填完毕,必须将充填井上口及充填井中的废石及杂物清理干净,防止坠落伤人。
10、严格保护采场点柱,点柱回采要在整个采场接近结束时进行,应少装十一、采场通风及防尘:1、采场通风:新鲜风流由526中段大巷经人行井、溜矿井进入采场,污风经充填井上至566中段,由566中段、606中段、646中段、686中段通风井排至地表。
2、采场防尘:1.必须采用湿式凿岩,凿岩机最低供水量应满足凿岩防尘的要求;2.出矿时工人佩戴防尘面罩,以避免粉尘危害。
