时分别可接通一组安全阀、爆破片；当手柄处于 90 摆布时，此时可接通二只安全阀。

在正常工作状况下，安全阀不会启跳排故。

当充液过量(大于 90 炕装率)或者连续长期在高温下停放等情况使罐体压力超过工作压力时，应先启动一只安全阀，此时当罐体下降时安全阀会自动回座，但为了考虑安全性、经济性，避免自动回座时有霜冻卡住等原因，可用三通切换阀关闭正在工作的安全阀，强行使其回座，并使另一组安全阀处于待工作状态。

罐体前另设有一个压力表，此外还有管路安全阀等。

安全阀和放气阀的排放口采用集中回收管道通过阻火器进行排放。

对底部进液管路、增压管路及装卸用气相管路设置了三重保护(根部为紧急切断阀，第二个为截止阀，第三个为盲法兰)。

二，流程简介：安全系统罐体：罐体安全系统由V-13 组合安全系统阀、 SV-1 安全阀 1、SV-2 安全阀2、FA 阻火器组成。

V-13 组合安全系统阀可以自由切换控制任一安全阀， FA 阻火器可以防止在气体排放时遇火保护梢车。

管路：管路安全系统由V-7 残液排放阀、 SV-3 安全阀 3、SV-4 安全阀4、FA 阻火器组成。

这个安全系统可以防止误操作而引起管路压力倍增。

外壳：在正常情况下防爆盖被真空吸住，当万一浮现内胆泄漏而引起夹层压力增高时，防爆盖能自动打开，从而保护梢车。

除此之外，压力开关具有加密功能，只允许相关人员进入菜单进行重置开关点等调整。

其中S2410和S2420系列的模拟信号可以最小设定为满量程的20%。

开关电流从几个微安一直到500毫安，均可以由输出变送器进行调整。

压力开关采用陶瓷厚膜元件或者薄膜元件作为其传感元件，使它具有良好的重复精度和耐用性。

即使是在高速压力循环的情况下，产品也具有良好性能。

在一些安装困难的场合，可旋转显示头以及非标的可旋转过程链接头，保证产品可顺利设置于一些难以安装的场合。
