己不确定的语言点的时候，往往会调动各种资源来积极查询，积累写作技巧和能力，而这一过程正是自主学习能力积累的过程。
学生在循序渐进中学会了查阅文献，在写作学习中从被动转向主动，这是学习态度的重大转变。
与此同时，同伴反馈还可以提升学生的语言鉴赏能力。
实验班的同学在接受同伴反馈之后，能够相互借鉴、相互吸收，形成欣赏美文的能力，对那些措辞地道、表达规范的商务英语写作范文形成独特的鉴赏力，学生在知道哪些表达是对的时候，自然也渐渐地就会自己使用和表达了。
三、同伴反馈在商务英语写作中落实的对策第一，教师要发挥自身引导作用和监督作用。
同伴反馈学习的而开展需要在教师的指导下进行。
笔者发现如果脱离了教师的指导，有些学生在同伴反馈的过程中难以归纳出写作错误的类型，也不能提出针对性的、建设性的修改建议。
部分同学对同伴的商务英语写作能力抱有保守和怀疑态度，对其给出的反馈抱着抵触心理。
教师需要将学生进行合理分组，在同伴反馈之前要向学生介绍评价一篇作文的标准、商务英语写作中常见的错误类型、中西方在商务谈判之中的思维习惯和各自的文化习俗，这样学生在小组讨论之后再进行同伴反馈，效果将更加事半功倍。

笔者发现一些学生在给同学进行同伴反馈的时候，受到语言能力、认知发展水平、第二语言学习情感等因素的限制，往往只能发现句子表达上的错误，不能从商务信函整体的视角来分析文章结构、措词表达合理性在这个时候，教师就需要正视不同学生之间在语言水平和认知能力上的差异，将同伴反馈和教师反馈有机地融合在一起，让学生能够及时地接受到教师针对性的指导。
