课题来源于跟我们息息相关的日常生活，结合大学期间所学专业的知识与工作之后的实践及分析。
课题任务如任务书所示，以市场调查为基础，对市场定位起到了一定的先前引导作用，使设计能有条不紧的进行并进行一定的修改，使产品自身成呈现出最完美的一面，展现在大家的眼前，而对其他注意事项进行必要的说明，写出详细的设计说明书。
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 安装说明书Recessed Thermostatic Valve System安装步骤INSTALLATIONHow To Install The ValveFlush the water supply pipes thoroughly to remove debris before installation. Shut off the main water supply.Determine where the valve body(1) will be located on the wall. Be sure the bulge on the valve body upwards. Red mark is on the left, blue one is on the right.Install temporary nipples for shower and bath outlets. During installation, keep valve guard (2) on valve body.As Fig.1 shown. The min. and max.dimensions from the centerline of inlet on the valve body to the surface of the finished wall are decided by trim selection. The size of openning on the wall should be within the min. and max. outlines.Note: Ensure the centerline of valve is vertical to the wall.Supply enough tape or sealant to allconnections. Connect G1/2" hot and cold supplies, shower and bath pipies to valve body as Fig.2 shown. Connect hot supply to the end on the left.如何安装阀体一定要先彻底冲洗供水管以清除管道中的杂质。

1.Flush the water supply pipes thoroughly to remove debris. Faucet is designed for tap water or potable water.2.Do not attack the faucet with rough strength to avoid being damaged.3.Do not damage the surface of sensing window when installing or cleaning the faucet.4.For hot and cold mixed faucet, please first rotate the handle to the front to cold only, then rotate it back slowly to avoid being scalded by hot water.5.For new installations, install the faucet and drain to the lavatory before installing the lavatory.6.As for DC type faucets, please pay special attention to insert direction match of battery poles. Tighten the battery cover completely to prevent its exposure to moisture.7.As for AC type faucets, strictly follow indicated instructions to perform electric connection. Only provide electric supply to power box after the installation is completed.8.One AC/DC transformer for max.two faucets.9.Electrical source must equiped with suitable fuse to protect AC/DC transformer unit from damage.10.Do not put the faucet near strong ultraviolet or electromagnetic field.11.Cover the sensing window with black tape when repairing lavatories.1．一定要先彻底冲洗供水管以清除管道中的杂质,使用水源为自来水或可供饮用水。
