凭指定提单在发货人（卖方）未指定收货人之前，卖 方仍保持货物的所有权。如卖方在提单上空白背书后， 即成为凭提单提货的依据。合法持有这种提单的人就有 权向船公司提货。指示提单在国际贸易中使用较为普遍， 我国出口业务中大多采用上述“凭指定”空白背书提单， 习惯上称“空白抬头，空白背书”提单。
