2021年5月28日北京一、领袖常问自己的问题你问问题的品质决定了你的领导力;身为领导你要率领团队,就要常问自己问题。
1、身为领导我有好好地投资自己吗?我的领导力跟我学习能力成正比;若是我没有成长,我不可能将我的团队带的更远;Q1,有人问我:公司如何成长?我的回答:先让你自己成长,当你成长了,公司也就成长了!2、我是不是对他人真诚地感爱好?我是不是真的喜爱关切他人?我想领导他人的动机是什么?我什么缘故要领导他人?什么缘故要成为领袖?有操纵权?能够发号施令?成为领导的唯一缘故:想要为他人的生命带来价值,让他人的生命更美好!很多人只对自己的目标感爱好,让他人为自己的目标和爱好而付出。
当人们在意领袖时,很棒!当领袖在意他人时,那更棒!当咱们让他人跟从咱们,还不如先付出,帮他实现他的目标。
领导会失败,常常在于他率领人的动机有问题!在你的领导下,你的团队有变得更好吗?领导有跟随者没有的两个益处1)、领导看到大方向,大愿景,以后。
2)、领导在他人看到之前先看到,速度领先。
我先看见,我的旅程就能够够先开始,先于他人起步。
跑的最快的人不必然赢,先跑的人可能会赢。
领导力能够让你有先跑的机遇,你能够在他人没有看见之前先看见,在他人没跑之前先跑。
咱们用这些优势来跑赢他人呢?仍是用这些优势来帮忙他人呢?领导有时候会特意放慢速度,让他的团队跟上。
领导者在冲过终点时,可不能是一个人,而是带着他的团队一路冲线。
领导的重点是让你和你的团队一路赢!有的领导常说:“高处不胜寒”。
若是你一个人在山顶,而团队在山脚,那不是领导,是在登山。
只能说明你下面没有人。
真正的领导会走下来,走到人群中,率领他们,鼓舞他们,带他们一路冲顶。
有的领导老是要压低团队,当我把团队往下压时,我自己也会愈来愈低;当你把团队往上提时,自己也愈来愈高!当跟随者随着领导者走时,常问自己三个问题?1)你在意我吗?2)你能帮我吗?3)我能够信任你吗?3、我有把时刻投资在对的人身上吗?领导的时刻有限,我到底要把时刻放在谁身上呢?80/20法那么:找到你身旁最重要的20%的人!谁是对的人呢?他们有什么特质?1)一样的价值观:价值观将决定行为准那么2)阻碍力:你能阻碍多少人?要找到能阻碍更多人的人。

还要学会委托任务,将次要的事情交给他人处理,以便自己能够专注于更重要的工作。
4. 法则四:成功法则成功是一个过程,而不是一个结果。
要想取得持久的成功,首先要设定清晰的目标,并制定有效的计划。
要有决心和毅力,坚持不懈地追求目标,克服困难和挑战。
要相信自己的能力,相信自己能够取得成功。
5. 法则五:沟通法则沟通是领导的核心技能之一。
要成为优秀的领导者,首先要成为优秀的沟通者。

领导力21法则第一法则:盖子法则领导能力决定一个人办事的成效水平。
(1)你想爬得越高,就越需要领导力;你想发挥更大的影响,就需要更大的影响力。
(2)领导能力常常是一个人及团体办事成效的盖子。
如果领导能力强,锅盖就高,反之,团体的发展潜力便会受到限制。
(3)个人和团体的成效与领导力的强弱成正比。
(4)不管在哪一个行业,都可以看到一些聪明、有才干而又成功的人,仅仅因为缺乏领导能力,使得他们的成就大大受限。
---------------------------------------------------------------------第二法则:影响力法则衡量一个人的领导力,全看他所发出的影响力。
课程笔记约翰.麦斯威尔(世界领导力第一大师)写笔记的时候做记号,标注为“A=act”的为需要自己去实践的,标注为“T=teach”的,需要自己去教导的,标注为“C=change”的需要自己去改变的。
然后根据自己记的笔记标注的时间,按照重要性分别按月实践。
我的心态是我心智的画笔,画怎么画是由我自己决定的;我的心智就是一副画布,什么东西放在画布里是由我决定的;不懂的东西你是不可能去教别人的,自己都不想去或是不敢去的地方,怎么能带别人去?一般领导存在的问题(共性):1)思维方式是看位子的;2)把自己和员工隔得很开,把自己摆得很高。
伟大的领导(共性):1)走下山,走向人群,认识人群,爱他们,鼓励他们,和他们一起建立朋友关系,建立友谊。
2)在人生的赛跑当中,领导不能第一个冲线,而是要带领整个团队一起冲线,军功章有大家的功劳。
3)善于把把我的愿景变成我们的愿景,要把所有员工的愿景串并成公司的愿景,这样的愿景才能真正实现。
领导力二十一个法则:1、建立关系;领导在要求下属伸出援手之前,必须要能触动员工的心,让他们心中有援助的欲望。
建立关系是领导的责任,不是员工找领导,而是领导要找员工建立关系。

巴菲特:我从小开始就学会怎么去建立关系,怎么去交朋友。
如果没有从别人身上学到知识,我是不可能教导别人怎么去投资。
建立关系是一种和别人相处的能力,提升自己对他人的影响力,领导其实就是影响力。
建立关系的三个原则:1)建立关系的重点永远是别人。
那些愿意建立关系的人总是把别人摆在第一位,思想、行动、谈话是会把别人摆在第一位,永远把他人摆第一位。
如果你能帮助别人得到他们想要的,他们就会帮助你得到你想要的。
要先帮助他人成功,要能为他人带来价值。
领导在压制下属时,自己也会跟着下降,只有在不断提升下属时,自己才能跟着一起上升,所以领导要多给予下属鼓励和帮助。
好的领导要问自己:我为他们带来价值了吗?他们的成长、生活、学习更好了吗?他们得到我的帮助了吗?得到我什么样的帮助?对一个人来讲,一个人最喜欢的声音是听到他名字的声音。

领导统御决定了一切的起起落落。
人际关系是领导统御的基础。
◎法则二:影响力定律影响力定律告诉我们,领导统御就是影响,不多也不少,就是影响。
影响大的那个人就是那个团队的领导。
德蕾莎修女影响力就是领导能力,这两个是不可分开的领导统御不是头衔,也不是职位,而是你的影响力。
只要增加影响力,就会增加我的领导能力概念一:我可以学会如何领导概念二:我会通过增加影响力来领导。
概念三:我会通过赋予他人价值来增加影响力怎样赋予别人价值?方法一:重视他人方法二:让自己更有价值你唯一能够成长的方法,你唯一能够学习的方法,就是致力于成长。
各人成长不是自动会来的,如果你决定让自己成长,如果你要让自己能够进步发展,他不会是偶然发生的,我们非得有个计划不行,我们还要有成长的系统。
