件附件1技术协议书总则1本协议书适用于黄河三角洲((滨州)热力有限公司滨州市东郊供热中心工程(1x350MW+2x50MW)项目湿式电除尘器所配的自清洗过滤器设备,其内容包括该设备的功能设计、结构、性能、安装和试验等方面的技术要求。
2在本协议书中中提出了最低限度的技术要求,并未规定所有的技术要求和适用的标准,供方应提供一套满足本协议书和所列标准要求的高质量产品及其相应服务。
对国家有关安全、环保等强制性标准,必须满足相应要求。
3如未对本协议书提出偏差,将认为供方提供的设备符合协议书和标准的要求。
偏差(无论多少)都必须清楚地表示“差异表”中。
如有其它需要说明的问题另诉。
4供方须执行本协议书所列标准。
有不一致时,应按较高标准执行。
5供方提供的产品应在相应工程或相似条件下有运行经验,已证明安全可靠。
66从签订合同之后至供方开始制造之日的这段时期内,需方有权提出因规程、协议和标准发生变化及缺漏而产生的一些补充修改要求,供方应遵守这些要求,且不发生合同价的变更。

在设计、制造、检验、试验、交货及安装状态等方面提出补充、强调或限制性的说明。
乙方对本规定的严格遵守并不意味着可以解除其对过滤器及配套设备的正确设计、选材、制造等以及满足规定的操作工况所应承担的责任。
凡对于一个完整的可操作的系统的某些必备要求,但未列入本规定者也属于本规定的范围。
二、设备总体技术要求 2.1 本技术规格书所涵盖设备(包括辅助设备)应当设计和制造成使用寿命至少20年(不包括易损件),滤筒使用周期≥18个月,脉冲电磁阀使用寿命15年,外部油漆防腐保证在恶劣环境下满足5年的寿命要求。
2.2 设备的所有部件应有在相似操作条件下使用的成功经验,不得使用样机或试制产品。
钢结构保证其钢度、强度,地震烈度设防为七度。
2.3本规格书如与采购规格书或订单有不一致之处,应以采购规格书或订单为准。
LFZK型自洁式空气过滤器使用说明书LFZK自洁式空气过滤器,请参照说明书使用要求。
保证过滤器以优良的性能正常运行,并合理的使用,正常的操作,科学的管理与维护。
1、概述LFZK系列气动自洁式空气过滤器是机电一体化设备,在微型计算机的控制下自动实现空气的过滤和过滤元件的自动清洁。
在过滤元件的自动清洁的过程中,LFZK空气过滤器照常工作。
过滤器的阻力损失较小。
小型自洁式过滤器初阻力损失小于750PaLFZK型适应空气湿度范围广,任何潮湿多雾地区,其运行也不受影响.自耗压缩空气量极小,仅为0.2m³/min(吸入状态) 占地面积小,大型LFZK型采用多层结构,并不多占地.LFZK型为积木组装式结构,对于客户的特殊要求均能满足.过滤元件的使用寿命长,更换为12~18个月.1、结构及工作原理简介2.1结构LFZK-400型气动自洁式空气过滤器由钢结构框架、过滤箱体、出风口管、微机控制系统和自洁气源系统五部分组成。
过滤箱体的上部为净气室,下半部分为过滤筒,包括:文氏管、自洁系统(含电磁阀)等。
2.2工作原理2.2.1过滤过程空气经过过滤筒、由于重力、惯性扩散、静电、接触阻留等综合作用,灰尘沉降、堆积在过滤元件上,干净空气经文氏管再到出风口送出。
2.2.2自洁过程空气过滤元件上的灰尘,用定时或定差压的方式,由微电脑自动控制,依次对过滤筒反吹,,将沉降物的颗粒灰尘吹落到大气中,每次仅一组(五个)过滤筒处于自洁过程,间隔时间为60秒,其它过滤筒仍处于正常过滤工作状态,ZKG照常运行。
3、电控系统LFZK型气动自洁式空气过滤器的控制系统,采用全数字控制,它可长期运行,具有工作稳定,控制精度高,并可根据生产情况修改程序等特点。
所有的控制回路用一台可编程序控制器来完成,由电脑输出的指令信号使电磁阀开闭,从而开闭自洁气源,达到过滤器自洁的目的。
3.1正常工作的三种状态3.1.1自动方式当系统需要采用自动方式时,将方式开关处在“自动方式”的位置上,此时过滤器按定时状态工作3.1.2差压方式当系统的阻力损失超过预设定值时,差压控制器开始动作。

在压缩机吸气负压的作用下,ZKL吸入周围环境空气,由于重力、静电、接触阻力留、惯性扩散等综合作用,空气中的灰尘沉积在过滤筒滤料的外表面,清洁空气在净气室汇合,经出气管进入压缩机。
当PLC发出自洁指令,电磁阀会瞬间打开约0.1~0.2秒,送出一股脉冲气流,经喷射、反吹的作用把过滤筒外表面的积灰吹掉。
这种反吹自洁过程的间断的,每次仅三到四个滤筒处于反吹自洁状态,其余更多的筒子仍在继续工作。
所以ZKL具有在线自洁功能,保证空压机连续工作。
ZKL的洁模式具有压差、定时、手动三种。
自洁模式在控制仪上选择设定。

1 结构及工作原理简介
1.1结构
ZKG-100型气动自洁式空气过滤器由钢结构框架、过滤箱体、出风口管、微机控制系统和自洁气源系统五部分组成。
过滤箱体的上部为净气室,下半部分为过滤筒,包括:文氏管、自洁系统(含电磁阀)等。
1.2工作原理
1.2.1过滤过程
空气经过过滤筒、由于重力、惯性扩散、静电、接触阻留等综合作用,灰尘沉降、堆积在过滤元件上,干净空气经文氏管再到出风口送出。
1.2.2自洁过程
空气过滤元件上的灰尘,用定时或定差压的方式,由微电脑自动控制,依次对过滤筒反吹,将沉降物的颗粒灰尘吹落到大气中,每次仅一组(六个)过滤筒处于自洁过程,间隔时间为30秒,其它过滤筒仍处于正常过滤工作状态,ZKG 照常运行。

2 运行及保养
2.1运行
当压缩机启动后,ZKG的过滤功能即自动投入运行。
2.1.1合上仪表箱220V/50HZ电源,使仪表处于工作状态。
2.1.2起动提供自洁气源的TRE-40N型压缩机,此时ZKG即自动进入气动自洁过滤的运行状态。
2.2保养
尽可能保持ZKG周围环境卫生,在有条件的情况下尽可能绿化植物或植草坪.
在一般情况下,半年左右应更换一次过滤筒,订购相同的型号的过滤筒作为备品备件.
3、可能发生的故障及其排除方式。
自清洗过滤器技术协议自清洗过滤器技术协议(甲方)与(乙方),就自清洗过滤器有关设计、制造技术和设备供货进行充分交流和协商,达成技术协议如下:A)设备单体技术要求(1)型号和数量:GLW-1500型,1台。
(2)设备外型:立式。
(户外供水管上)(3)过滤介质:净循环水,水温≤80℃,进水SS≤20mg/L,出水≤5mg/L。
(4)过滤状态:反冲洗时不间断供水。
(5)过滤水量:单台处理Q≥1500m3/h(DN500mm)。
(6)主管道公称直径:接口管径DN500mm(壁厚10 mm)。
(7)过滤器额定工作压力:PN=1.0Mpa.(8)过滤精度:不锈钢细过滤网,孔径d=0.4mm(等效孔径)。
(9)逆洗臂配备电机功率:N=0.75kW,380V,户外型。
(10)过滤器最大阻损要求:空载时(即刚过滤时)不得大于2mH2O;满载时(即反冲洗开始时)不得大于5mH2O。
(11)逆洗参数要求:逆洗起始差压:≤0.03-0.04MPa(即3-4mH2O);逆洗耗水量:~300L/min;一次逆洗过程时间:约72秒;差压控制可预置范围:0.025-0.05 MPa;时间控制可预置范围:1-24小时;逆洗故障显示报警:逆洗故障、差压控制故障、时间控制故障等有显示和报警功能。
B)成套设备的技术要求(1)过滤器安装场所:设备为户外型。
(2)过滤器内网筒数量:一个,即单筒型。
(3)整机内部设置的过滤网筒类型、材质和过滤精度:细过滤网筒:V型断面、尖端朝外不锈钢缝隙式网筒;过滤精度:不锈钢细过滤网,孔径d=0.4mm(等效孔径)。
(4)反洗要求:反洗时利用本身水压和滤后水进行反洗,并在反洗过程中该过滤器不停机,仍处在正常过滤状态。
(5)逆洗控制要求:同时具有单独按差压控制自动反洗、单独按时间控制自动反洗(或上述两种按程序同时进行控制)和单独人工控制手动反洗三种功能。
(6)户外型就地电控箱:控制面板采用西门子PLC主机并具有控制参数就地显示功能;并提供PLC系统接点能在CRT画面上显示过滤器工作状态。

In the event of connecting such as piping, flush (air blow) when using this product for the first time or replacing its elements in order to reduce the affect of the dust generated from the connection, etc. Flushing the line is also required to eliminate contamination resulting from the piping line installation. Therefore, be sure to flush the line before actually running the system. Fix all mounting parts for use.(3) Use fittings with resin threads for the connection of fittings to the IN and OUT ports.Using fittings with metal threads could damage the IN and OUT ports.(4) Connect tubing to the IN and OUT One-touch fittings in accordance with the precautions for One-touch fittings.Caution(1) Connect the piping in accordance with the flow direction marked on the case.If connected in reverse, the element could break.(2) The mounting orientation does not affect the performance, but if excessive force is applied to theproduct, the body may become disconnected from the bracket.Therefore, take particular care about the mounting orientation.Warning(1) The material of the element is polycarbonate.The material is resistant to wiping with alcohol, but is not suitable for atmospheres or places with organic solvents, chemicals, cutting oils, synthetic oils, ester base compressor oils, alkalis orthread locking agents.Caution(1) If the pressure difference (pressure drop) between the inlet and the outlet exceeds 0.1 MPa, it cancause damage to the product.(2) Do not install the product in a place where it can be affected by a pulsation (including surgepressure) of over 0.1 MPa.(3) Use caution regarding the particles that may be emitted from the outlet side of a pneumaticequipment.Installation of a pneumatic equipment on the outlet side can deteriorate the cleanliness because a particle will be generated from the equipment.The mounting position of the pneumatic equipment needs to be considered.(4) Set the air flow capacity with an initial pressure drop of 0.03 MPa or less. If the initial pressure dropis set to be high, its service life will be shorten due to clogging.(5) Determine the product by the maximum consumption flow rate.When using compressed air for an air blow application, calculate the maximum volume of air that will be consumed before selecting.(6) Generally, the following pollutant particles are contained in compressed air.[Pollutant particle substances contained in the compressed air]●Moisture (drainage)●Dusts and particles which are in the surrounding air●Deteriorated oil which is discharged from the compressor●Solid foreign matter such as rust and/or oil in the piping1) The SFD series is not compatible with compressed air which contains fluids such as waterand/or oil.2) Install a dryer (IDF, IDG, ID series), mist separator (AM series), micro mist separator (AMDseries), super mist separator (AME series), or odor removal filter (AMF series), etc., for thesource of the air for the SFD series.(7) Using with a flow-rate much higher than its specification could lead to exceeding the differentialpressure the product can resist.Use the product within its specifications. Also, take care about the replacement period of theproduct, taking into consideration that the differential pressure of the filter will increase over time.Caution(1) Unpacking the sealed packageSince the filter is sealed in an antistatic double bag, the inner package should be unpacked in a clean atmosphere (such as a clean room).(2) Apply a wrench to 2 chamfered flats or hexagon portion on the IN side or the OUT side to preventthe housing from rotating.(3) Always tighten threads with the proper tightening torque.When attaching fittings to the product, tighten with the proper tightening torque (2 to 3 N・m). (4) Check the arrow mark on the case which shows the flow direction to connect the IN and OUT portscorrectly.If connected in reverse, the element could break.Warning(1) Follow the maintenance procedures in the operation manual. If handled incorrectly equipment ordevice can be damaged or cause a malfunction.(2) When removing the product, exhaust the air and ensure the air is released to atmosphere beforeremoving it.(3) When the element comes to the end of its life, immediately replace it with a new filter.Service life of elementThe service life of the element ends when either of the following two conditions occurs.1) After 1 year of usage has elapsed.2) When the pressure drop reaches 0.1 MPa even though the operating period has been lessthan 1 year.Warning(1) Do not operate under the conditions listed below due to a risk of malfunction.In locations having corrosive gases, organic solvents, and chemical solutions, or in locations in which these elements are likely to adhere to the equipment.In locations in which salt water, water, or water vapor could come in contact with the equipment.In locations that are exposed to direct sunlight. 1.2本技术协议书提出的是最低限度的技术要求,并未对一切技术细节作出规定,也未具体引述有关标准和规范的条文。
卖方应提供符合本技术协议书和工业标准的优质产品。
1.3如果卖方没有以书面形式对本技术协议书的条文提出异议,则卖方提供的产品应完全满足本技术协议书的要求。
1.4在签订合同后,因规范标准和规程发生变化,买方有权以书面形式提出补充要求。

1.6厂址常规气象条件乌审旗属温带极端大陆性气候,受蒙古高压影响极大,西北冷空气控制时间长,降水少,蒸发量大于降水量,干旱多风,蒸发强烈,日照充足,无霜期偏短,气候干燥、温差变化大。
2供货范围货方应提供滤芯安装所需的全部材料,滤芯在安装过程中不需要再另外采购相关的零部件。
3技术要求3.1滤芯型号:HS/Z-32100 324mm×1000mm;3.2滤芯滤纸要求:滤纸为美国HV公司生产,也可以使用HV公司在中国境内的独资或合资公司生产的滤纸,滤纸为复合纤维滤料,由两种三层不同的过滤材料合成生产,中间层为超细玻璃纤维,两边各有一层木浆纸。

乙方对本规定的严格遵守并不意味着可以解除其对过滤器及配套设备的正确设计、选材、制造等以及满足规定的操作工况所应承担的责任。
凡对于一个完整的可操作的系统的某些必备要求,但未列入本规定者也属于本规定的范围。
二、设备总体技术要求
2.1 本技术规格书所涵盖设备(包括辅助设备)应当设计和制造成使用寿命至少20年(不包括易损件),滤筒使用周期≥18个月,脉冲电磁阀使用寿命15年,外部油漆防腐保证在恶劣环境下满足5年的寿命要求。
2.2 设备的所有部件应有在相似操作条件下使用的成功经验,不得使用样机或试制产品。
钢结构保证其钢度、强度,地震烈度设防为七度。
2.3本规格书如与采购规格书或订单有不一致之处,应以采购规格书或订单为准。
本规定有任何的不确切之处,并不能解除制造厂根据其以往的经验对提供正确设计、选材、制造以及满足规定的操作工况所应承担的责任。
2.4乙方的责任
2.4.1乙方的责任范围包括保证甲方有关文件所规定的设备和设备能够在规定的各种工况下安全工作。
2.4.2乙方应负责所规定的供货范围内所有的设计、成套供货和指导安装调试。
2.4.3乙方的责任包括整套入口空气过滤器需要购臵的设备各方面的协调工作,并及时提供甲方要求的图纸资料和数据等。
2.4.4乙方的责任包括保证期和保修期内应尽的责任。
2.4.5性能保证:
在正常运行工况下,流量、过滤精度、噪声等技术指标达不到设计值视为不合格,必须重新设计、选型、安装返工,由此产生的全部费用由乙方负责。
2.4.6 机械保证:设备在交货验收后18个月以内或投入正常运行验收12个
月以内,确因乙方的原因造成损坏,乙方应无偿地及时为甲方修复或更换损坏的零部件(不包括正常损坏的易损件)。
2.4.7试验和检验:
设备的检验内容由甲乙方双方协商确定。
需要在乙方制造现场目击检验的项目应按购货定单或其他协议的规定,将确定做工厂检验和试验的通知单提前1个月交给甲方。

五、设备设计及制造标准
乙方应根据此规格书,满足或超过最新的国家标准的要求对空气过滤器进行设计、制造和验收。

5.2 设备检验和试验
◆反吹系统,压缩空气应按1.0Mpa气压试验合格,无泄漏.
◆净气室应密封可靠,焊接可靠安全.装臵结构安全真空度-5KPa.
◆配套电器元件、材料等应能适应-45℃—+55℃条件下正常工作.
◆滤筒滤料,脉冲电磁阀,差压变送器,可编程控制仪等主要配套件提供产地证明、材质证明及合格证等资料.
◆乙方就本合同有关设备的制造、组装、试运转以及包装、除锈和涂漆工作,在甲方工厂设备预组装、并进行反吹试验。
5.3 设备监制及验收
◆甲方有权对乙方的设备制造过程进行监制。
◆设备在制造厂装配和调试阶段乙方通知甲方来厂检验。
◆设备出厂前一周乙方通知甲方实施设备出厂前的出厂检验。
◆乙方派技术人员到甲方现场指导安装调试直到满足用户要求。
◆空气滤筒选用进口优质滤料制作,乙方提供产地证明及权威检测机构的测试报告。
5.4 设备防腐
◆设备钢结构件等喷砂除锈处理后底层采用JBH22海轮防腐专用漆,表面采用丙稀酸403天蓝锤纹漆,表面防腐大于5年。
过滤器设备具有防雨和部分隔声设施.
六、设备交货期限
◆设备交货时间:交货期为合同生效后30天,用户对设备交货期有特殊要求时由双方协商。
七、运输及安装调试
◆包装和运输
◆包装要求:按不同特性的产品包装牢固、防潮、防水、防锈、防震。
箱内设备用标签做标记,注明设备名称、安装位臵号。
箱外标注运输标记(合同号、目的地、收件人单位、设备名称、箱号/捆号、毛/净重、尺寸、吊装点)。
◆产品设臵铭牌(设备名称、规格型号、出厂编号、能耗等)
◆运输方式:以保证交货期及工期要求,并满足运输条件下的最小拆分,汽运至用户工程工地现场。
◆安装调试
◆货到用户后、派技术人员到用户现场负责指导安装、调试。
八、售后服务体系的保证
◆卖方免费派技术人员到用户现场负责指导安装、调试。
◆免费提供对用户现场操作、维护人员的操作培训。
◆产品质保期
◆产品自现场安装、调试运行合格后一年内为质保期。
质保期内乙方免费
提供一切服务。
◆在接到用户的服务通知信息后,非重大设备故障的,乙方技术人员保证在当天到达现场进行维修保养和产品主要部件的更换。
◆在接到用户的设备故障通知信息时,乙方派技术人员四十八小时内到达现场服务。
◆产品质保期售后服务
◆质保期后,乙方一如既往地提供一切用户需要的产品服务。
乙方只收取一定的成本费。
◆乙方技术人员每一个月电话向产品现场互访其产品运行状况。
◆每一个季度,乙方技术人员到现场对产品维修保养。
◆非重大设备故障。
乙方技术人员能保证当天到达现场进行维修保养和产品主要部件的更换。
◆在接到用户的设备故障通知信息时,乙方派技术人员四十八小时内到达现场解决。
九、文件资料
乙方将提供完整的文字资料1套。
至少应提供如下的图纸资料和工程。
