(1)There are too many bad people in the world.世界上坏人太多了。
too many“太多”，后接可数名词的复数，表示数量。
too much“太多”，也表示数量，后接不可数名词。
much too“太”，后接形容词或副词，much用在too前用来加强语气。
(2)When the flood came，they floated for many days and nights.
当洪水来了，他们在洪水中漂浮了许多天。
基数词用hundred，thousand，million，billion表示确切的数目时，不能加s。如：six thousand；但在表示不确切的数目时，要用复数形式＋of结构，意为“数以……记的，成……的”。
