关于复旦大学和英国赫特福德（Hertfordshire）大学2018年暑期学校交流项目的通知作为合作伙伴大学间的相互支持项目，英国Hertfordshire（赫特福德）大学与复旦大学2008年开始合作，2018年，是双方合作的第10年，将继续面向复旦大学信息科学与工程学院举办暑期学校交流项目。
该项目参与对象是信息科学与工程学院各专业（领域）的学生，行程中包括了伦敦、剑桥大学和牛津大学等地的考察，还将前往苏格兰首都爱丁堡。
目的是使参与的学生了解英国的大学教育方式，同时为学生提供一个了解英国文化和历史的机会。
英国Hertfordshire大学将为参加暑期学校交流项目的学生颁发课程证书。

Aim 目标:The purpose of this summer school is to let international students gain some experience from British Higher Education system, and at the same time enjoy the experience of British culture.夏令营的目的在于让学生们体验英国高等教育体制，同时体验英国文化。

Programme方案:For 2018, we will offer two versions of the programme for Fudan University.根据以往的需求，我们为您提供了2种方案：Group A will be 20 days, include 2-week study in our university and a 6-day cultural tour of the UK, which will be organised by a local travel agent who is not part of our University.Group B will be 16 days, include 1-week study in our university and a 6-day cultural tour of the UK, which will be organised by a local travel agent who is not part of our University.We are aiming at receiving draft name list from you in January/February time, and confirm it and apply for the UK visa in March/April. This will enable your students to obtain the UK visa as early as possible, and book cheaper air fare.Costs 费用:The total cost in the UK (excluding food and extra spending) are:夏令营活动总报价为：Group A: £2450 per student.Group B: £2050 per student.This do not cover any costs may occur in China, including air fare, UK visa application fee, local transportation, etc. These costs will be arranged by Fudan University, and UH do not get involved in these arrangements except helping you to get the UK visa.此报价不包括任何在中国境内产生的费用， 如国内和国际段机票费用、护照及英国签证费用、国内交通费用等。

1. Tuition 教学:We will provide 20 hours teaching for Group A and 30 hours teaching for Group B, the content of these teaching will tailor made to suit your needs.我们将提供20/30小时的教学，教学内容将根据你们的需要量身定制。

2. Accommodation 住宿:For 2018, we will provide single rooms with shared kitchen and en-suite or shared shower/toilet facility in College Lane campus , they are within 5 minutes walking distance to our state-of-art Learning Resources Centre providing computers with Internet access, and within 10 minutes walking distance to all teaching facilities.2018年，我们将在学院路主校园内提供崭新的、带独立（或者两人合用）卫生和淋浴设施的个人房间，并有公共厨房等设施。

We do provide most of bedding accessories, and basic cooking equipment in the kitchen. But you may wish to bring your own personal items like rice cooker and bedding sheets.
