所以，英语译文采用被动语态完全符合原文表达内涵。

例2 这个水库的设计将由李教授领导的一个专门小组制订。

译文：The design for the reservoir will be made by a special group under the guidance of Professor Li.简评：中文句子使用被动语态为的是强调动作由谁执行，水库的设计者不是别人而正是李教授领导的专门小组。

将该句与"李教授领导的一个专门小组将制定这个水库的设计"相比，后一句的重点显然不突出。

英语译文仍采用被动语态，也起到强调动作执行者的作用。

例3 这个小男孩在放学回家的路上受了伤。

译文：The little boy was hurt on his way home from school.简评：小男孩受了伤，这是全句要表达的中心意思。
