Provide an example of how you acquired technical skills and converted them to practical application.这8个问题有一定的难度,但是建议大家最好按实际的情况填(可略微夸张),因为面试时会就你的回答提一些细节问题,除非你编故事的能力非常强,否则建议你不要冒险.其实,我觉得对方看中的不是你做过些什么,而是在这些经历中反映出来的你的某些特点和品质.所以在选择材料时不一定要大,但一定要有特点.呵呵,具体的东西就根据大家的具体情况具体解决了.二, 第一轮面试根据你应聘的部门不同,面试也略有差异,这里以我应聘的CBD部(客户生意发展部)为例.面试官是各部门的中高层管理人员,面试是中文的,大约30-35分钟.一般是先让你做一个自我介绍(2分钟左右),注意不要太长,要突出你自己的特点,可以强调你在学校中参加的社会活动,工作经历或者你的一些突出品质.对方可能就你介绍中的一些问题随时向你提问,之后会就你在表上回答的8个问题进一步提问或者提一些相关的问题, 如我被要求描述一个我作为参与者参加的活动并指出组织工作中存在的优点和缺陷.回答时尽量流利,不要经常出现卡壳和停顿,总之,只要准备充分,第一关并不难过.三, 笔试笔试使用的是宝洁公司的全球通用试题,全是中文的,限时65分钟完成.试题一共50道,全是选择题,分为6大部分.第1,3,5部分是数学题,大约是小学和初中数学的难度,如分别告诉你8个工厂第1到第5年的产量以及8个工厂5年的平均产量,要求你回答哪个工厂5年的产量增长率与平均增长率最为接近.第2,4,6部分是阅读理解题,有点像TOEFL和GRE中的题目,基本上就是给你一段文字并就这段文字回答一些问题,如,下面哪个答案最恰当的描述了这段话等等.总的来说,笔试不难,淘汰的人也不多.四, 第二轮面试这是应聘宝洁的最后一关,也是最难过的一关.面试官一般为3人,都是各部门负责招聘的高级经理.面试是中文的,时间大约1个小时,基本上还是以你填表时的8个问题为主,但是问的比第一次面试时要细致的多.对于他不太清楚或者不太满意的问题,面试官可能还会要求你举出一些别的例子来说明,另外,他们也可能从现有的问题中随便发挥出一个相关的问题问你,比如说我面试时对方就要求我举出一个我在工作中不断与人交流并不断改进工作最终取得成功的例子.总之,如果你到了这一关,在面试前最好做一下准备,考虑一些对方可能会问到的问题或者最能反映你某些特点的例子.至于临场碰到你没有准备的问题,那只有看你的应变能力了.过了最后一关,你就可以拿到宝洁的Offer了,我还不知道自己有没有那么幸运呢!以上就是我应聘宝洁的一点感受,希望能对以后的同学有些帮助.特别需要说明的是, 以上这些是针对我应聘的CBD部,其他部门的应聘过程会有所不同,如市场部在第一次面试之前还有一个案例分析,这只有向应聘过这些部门的同学咨询了. 最后补充一点, 第一轮和第二轮面试的最后, 面试官都会问你还有什么问题, 如果想给对方留下比较深刻的印象, 不妨事先想好几个问题! 最后祝大家好运!!!走过宝洁三道槛我的应聘经验最烦琐的应聘表格从网上投递简历开始,填表已是上百次,宝洁的应聘表是我填过的最烦琐的一项,有12页之多,题目有65道之多.填表通过的人可进行下一道应聘程序.长篇幅的笔试题被宝洁初选上的应聘者会被通知参加笔试.在一家5星级酒店,宝洁为我们开了专场说明会,除了向求职者介绍公司外,还回答了求职者提出的所有问题.会后,宝洁请大家喝下午茶,吃点心休息.接着便是较重要的笔试了,首先是中文素质题,都是一些较简单的计算题.如12×24+24×34.或者是数列题,如1,3,5,__,9缺一个什么数字.再或者是一道图表题,分析A,B,C公司的平均增长率谁高,学过会计的同学应该都没有问题.但是有特色的是宝洁把数学和语文很好地穿插在笔试题中,一篇数学,一篇语文.语文就是归纳段意,读后理解.题虽简单,但是题量很大,我答题速度是快是出了名的,六级考试也只用60分钟交卷过,但是面对宝洁的题,我只提前了5分钟完卷,时间为1小时.接着是英语Toeic考试,是一种很简单的英文考试,但是它对中国学生的大脑"摧残"很厉害,100分钟听力题,题虽然不难但是实在太多了,而且只念一遍.后面的阅读是经济分析类的,较简单,大概提前15分钟完卷,但是不能提前交卷.最细致的面试问答顺利地通过笔试,接着是第一次面试,又是在另一家5星酒店,考官是一位具有8年招聘经验的女经理,很和蔼.面试内容顺序大致是:1.自我介绍(考官会把时间定为1-3分钟,需要一定的应变能力);2.你最大的成就是什么 3.你怎样影响一个团队朝一个目标前进,你的角色是什么 4.你为什么应聘这个职位 5.有什么创新的事并最终使得事物向好的一面发展最后是我问她问题,3个.由于准备充分,这一关轻松通过.接着便是最后的面试,由于我早了一点来到面试地点,又回到第一个5星酒店,我不经意间听到面试好像是用全英文的(之前说半中半英,又有说是全中),心慌乱了一下,但是立即冷静下来,开始作准备.三位考官分别有8,10,18年工作经验,但是相当和蔼,其中贵为Olay品牌经理的日本籍经理还问我要茶还是要咖啡.寒暄之后,好戏开场,没有什么意想不到的.问题仍然紧锁一面的那些问题,要你提供更多的例子,还有就是问得更加详细了.举个例子,我说我为我们协会设计制作的招募海报使用了创新的漫画手法使得招募很成功,他们便立即要求我现场作画并给出漫画剧情.所以,去宝洁应聘千万不要编哦.还有,事无巨细,他们会问到不能再细的程度以检验真假,不要受他们的引导,是什么就回答什么,我就差点上了当.之后就是等通知了,当然如果你的过去表现和你的面试表现都足够优秀的话,电话会响起来的.最后预祝大家考。
