This solution guarantees a compact size and a more light system on the valve.- When the actuator is manual operated it can be locked in Open/Closed position.- Actuator versions for low temperature and high temperature applications allow to operate respectively until temperatures of -50°C and +150°C, thanks to proper kind of lubrication and material for the gaskets.The maintenance should be done by Actuatech trained personnel only.This instruction manual contains important information regarding the Actuatech manual override actuator operation, installation, maintenance and storage.Please read carefully before installation and keep it in a safe place for further reference.Modification reserved. 气动蝶阀使用说明书北京阿尔肯阀门有限公司一、概述气动蝶阀(调节阀/开关型),是在引进国外先进技术的基础工业上进行特殊设计,精心制造的产品。
可采用智能控制与定位、与德国西门子公司生产的电气阀门定位器或国产电气阀门定位器配套,输入4~20mA DC 信号及0.5~0.7Mpa 气源即可控制运转,实现对压力、流量、温度、液位等参数的调节。
它是以压缩空气为动力,阀杆带动阀芯在阀体内转动90,可以实现全开——全闭的动作。
该产品按其密封性能分为金属密封与软密封。

During the operation, air from the outer chambers is exhausted through Port ‘B’. Clockwise output operation is achieved by reverse of the above and inserting pressure into Port ‘B’.Single acting actuator (SR)Pressure applied to Port ‘A’ will cause the inner chambers to be pressurized, forcing the pistons outward to compress the springs. The pinion is rotated counter clockwise. Upon release of pressure through Port ‘A’ the springs will exert pressure to close the pistons and rotate the pinion clockwise rapidly. 气动阀门执行器由于现在的控制方式和手段越来越多,在实际工业生常和工业控制中,用来控制气动执行机构的方法也很多,常用的有以下几种。
(一)利用PLC来控制的系统PLC在控制系统中的应用越来越广泛,由于本方案是在OMRON的PLC 上面作的开发,所以以OMRON的PLC来作介绍。
硬件组成:1台计算机,1套PLC(包括CPU,I/O模块,ID212,OC224,AD003模块),2个继电器,2个电磁阀,1个气动阀门执行器。
其组成原理为:由PC机通过RS-232串口通讯连接OMRON的PLC,对PLC进行编程和监控。
PLC的I/O模块分别接入输入、输出信号,其中输入模块连接到阀门上的两个位置传感器,通过PLC的输入模块ID211的指示灯亮的先后顺序来显示阀门的开关状态。
输入模块接收两路阀门检测脉冲输入,即脉冲A与脉冲B。
在运行状态下,脉冲A输入时指示灯A亮,脉冲B输入时指示灯B亮。
输入顺序为AB,表示开阀。
输入顺序为BA表示关阀。
阀门检测脉冲A和B信号必须部分叠加,否则不能正常检测阀门开度。
通过PLC的输出模块OC225控制两个继电器,继电器具有两组常开常闭输出触点,1组为开阀输出触点,1组为关阀输出触点。
开阀时,当阀门开度大于或等于所设阀门限位值时开阀输出触点动作,阀门开度小于所设阀门限位值时开阀输出触点动作,发明开度小于所设阀门限位值时开阀输出触点复位。
关阀时,当阀门关到零位且21s内无脉冲输入时关阀输出触点动作;若21s内有脉冲输入,则延时21s关阀输出触点动作。
通过继电器的吸合来控制两个电磁阀的开关,电磁阀打开后,便可以控制气动阀门执行器使得阀门做相应的开阀或关阀动作。
同时接近传感器把阀门的开关情况再传送到PLC中,并同要求的阀门开度作比较,直到符合要求为止。
自动归零与自动调满:控制系统具有自动归零与自动调满功能,当阀门开度小于归零范围值或阀门开度距满量程小于满度调节范围值,且时间大于或等于所设值稳定时间值时,PLC自动控制阀门进行归零或自动调满。

气动执行器技术介绍气动执行器又叫气动装置或者气动执行机构俗称气动头,是用气压力驱动启闭或调节阀门的执行装置。
本文对气动头的各种技术要求,进行阐述。
结构1、气动装置主要由气缸、活塞、齿轮轴、端盖、密封件、螺丝等组成;成套气动装置还应该包括开度指示、行程限位、电磁阀、定位器、气动元件、手动机构、信号反馈等部件组成。
2、气动装置与阀门的连接尺寸应符合ISO5211(底部)、GB/T12222 和GB/T12223 的规定。
3、带手动机构的气动装置,在气源中断时,应能用其手动机构进行阀门的启闭操作,面向手轮时,手轮或手柄应逆时针旋转为阀开,顺时针旋转为阀关。
4、活塞杆端部为内、外螺纹时,应有标准扳手适用的扳手口。
5、活塞的密封圈应便于更换与检修。
6、带缓冲机构的气动装置,其缓冲机构的行程长度可参照《表1》的规定。
7、带可调缓冲机构的气动装置,应有缸体外部调节其缓冲作用的机构。
8、气缸进出气口的螺纹尺寸应符合MANUR NORM(附件标准) GB/T7306.1、GB/T7306.2 和GB/T7307 的规定。
性能1、气动装置额定输出力或力矩应符合GB/T12222 和GB/T12223 的规定2、在空载情况下,对气缸内输入按《表2》规定的气压,其动作应平稳,无卡阻及爬行现象。
3、在0.6MPa 的空气压力下,气动装置启、闭两个方向的输出力矩或推力,其值应不小于气动装置标牌所标示的数值,且动作应灵活,不允许各部位出现永久变形及其他异常现象。
4、密封试验用最大工作压力进行试验时,从各自背压一侧泄漏出的空气量不允许超过(3+0.15D)cm3/min(标准状态);从端盖、输出轴处泄漏出的空气量不允许超过(3+0.15d)cm3/min。
5、强度试验用1.5 倍的最大工作压力进行试验,保持试验压力3min 后,其缸体端盖和静密封部位不允许有渗漏及结构变形。
6、动作寿命次数,气动装置模拟阀门动作,在保持两个方向的输出力矩或推力能力的情况下,启闭操作的启闭次数应不低于50000 次(启—闭循环为一次)。

二、工作原理图1 气动薄膜阀工作原理简图图1表示电-气阀门定位器的工作原理。
气动薄膜阀正常工作时,电-气阀门定位器从控制器或控制系统中接受DC4~20mA电流信号,转换成空气压力,向气动执行机构输送,从而来控制阀门的开度。

电气阀门定位器一般选用德国SIEMENS和韩国YTC品牌产品,或根据需要选用其他品牌的产品。

电动执行器又称阀门电动装置,它是在不同行业领域的称谓,在工业管道阀门行业称之为阀门电动装置,在仪表行业称之为电动执行器,但现在业内已没有很明确的区分,本文所涉及到的关于称谓问题将统一称之为电动执行器.阀门在工业管路控制中是经常使用的重要设备,电动阀门随着工业自动化的发展,因其动力源容易取得,且一般情况下无需维护的优点,比起气动、液动等不同驱动方式的设备使用更为普遍.在工业场合电动阀门必需具有更高的可靠性和安全性,当阀门能保证性能和寿命的情况下,电动阀门的安全性与可靠性取决于电动执行器,因此电动执行器的性能、控制水平是电动阀门整机技术水平的综合表现.所以在电动执行器选型时除必需考虑的一些基本要素外,对其提出合理的技术要求才能使电动阀门价值实现最大化.电动执行器的类型很多,不同类型和功能的电动执行器与阀门配套后都可称之为电动阀门,但往往在设计、选型的过程中只重视阀门的参数忽略或没有明确电动执行器的相关要求,这样不仅使电动阀门发挥不出最佳的性能,而且在安装、调试、使用过程中也会带来不必要的麻烦,甚至给生产造成严重的后果.本文将针对电动执行器选型考虑的要点进行说明,并对目前智能电动执行器的相关功能做简单介绍,它将是当今乃至将来工业自动化控制发展所需的主流产品.本帖交易内容一电动执行器选型考虑要点一、根据阀门类型选择电动执行器阀门的种类相当多,工作原理也不太一样,一般以转动阀板角度、升降阀板等方式来实现启闭控制,当与电动执行器配套时首先应根据阀门的类型选择电动执行器.1.角行程电动执行器转角<360度电动执行器输出轴的转动小于一周,即小于360度,通常为90度就实现阀门的启闭过程控制.此类电动执行器根据安装接口方式的不同又分为直连式、底座曲柄式两种.a直连式:是指电动执行器输出轴与阀杆直连安装的形式.b底座曲柄式:是指输出轴通过曲柄与阀杆连接的形式.此类电动执行器适用于蝶阀、球阀、旋塞阀等.2.多回转电动执行器转角>360度电动执行器输出轴的转动大于一周,即大于360度,一般需多圈才能实现阀门的启闭过程控制.此类电动执行器适用于闸阀、截止阀等.3.直行程直线运动电动执行器输出轴的运动为直线运动式,不是转动形式.此类电动执行器适用于单座调节阀、双座调节阀等.二、根据生产工艺控制要求确定电动执行器的控制模式电动执行器的控制模式一般分为开关型开环控制和调节型闭环控制两大类.1.开关型开环控制开关型电动执行器一般实现对阀门的开或关控制,阀门要么处于全开位置,要么处于全关位置,此类阀门不需对介质流量进行精确控制.特别值得一提的是开关型电动执行器因结构形式的不同还可分为分体结构和一体化结构.选型时必需对此做出说明,不然经常会发生在现场安装时与控制系统冲突等不匹配现像.a分体结构通常称为普通型:控制单元与电动执行器分离,电动执行器不能单独实现对阀门的控制,必需外加控制单元才能实现控制,一般外部采用控制器或控制柜形式进行配套.此结构的缺点是不便于系统整体安装,增加接线及安装费用,且容易出现故障,当故障发生时不便于诊断和维修,性价比不理想.b一体化结构通常称为整体型:控制单元与电动执行器封装成一体,无需外配控制单元即可现实就地操作,远程只需输出相关控制信息就可对其进行操作.此结构的优点是方便系统整体安装,减少接线及安装费用,容易诊断并排除故障.但传统的一体化结构产品也有很多不完善的地方,所以产生了智能电动执行器,关于智能电动执行器后面将再做说明.2.调节型闭环控制调节型电动执行器不仅具有开关型一体化结构的功能,它还能对阀门进行精确控制,从而精确调节介质流量.因篇幅有限其工作原理在此不作详细说明.下面就调节型电动执行器选型时需注明的参数做简要说明.a控制信号类型电流、电压调节型电动执行器控制信号一般有电流信号4~20mA、0~10mA或电压信号0~5V、1~5V,选型时需明确其控制信号类型及参数.b工作形式电开型、电关型调节型电动执行器工作方式一般为电开型以4~20mA的控制为例,电开型是指4mA信号对应的是阀关,20mA对应的是阀开,另一种为电关型以4-20mA的控制为例,电开型是指4mA信号对应的是阀开,20mA对应的是阀关.一般情况下选型需明确工作形式,很多产品在出厂后并不能进行修改, 奥美阀控生产的智能型电动执行器可以通过现场设定随时修改.c失信号保护失信号保护是指因线路等故障造成控制信号丢失时,电动执行器将控制阀门启闭到设定的保护值,常见的保护值为全开、全关、保持原位三种情况,且出厂后不易修改.奥美阀控生产的智能电动执行器可以通过现场设定进行灵活修改,并可设定任意位置0~100%为保护值.三、根据阀门所需的扭力确定电动执行器的输出扭力阀门启闭所需的扭力决定着电动执行器选择多大的输出扭力,一般由使用者提出或阀门厂家自行选配,做为执行器厂家只对执行器的输出扭力负责,阀门正常启闭所需的扭力由阀门口径大小、工作压力等因素决定,但因阀门厂家加工精度、装配工艺有所区别,所以不同厂家生产的同规格阀门所需扭力也有所区别,即使是同个阀门厂家生产的同规格阀门扭力也有所差别,当选型时执行器的扭力选择太小就会造成无法正常启闭阀门,因此电动执行器必需选择一个合理的扭力范围.四、根据所选电动执行器确定电气参数因不同执行器厂家的电气参数有所差别,所以设计选型时一般都需确定其电气参数,主要有电机功率、额定电流、二次控制回路电压等,往往在这方面的疏忽,结果控制系统与电动执行器参数不匹配造成工作时空开跳闸、保险丝熔断、热过载继电器保护起跳等故障现像.五、根据使用场合选择外壳防护等级、防爆等级1.外壳防护等级外壳防护等级是指电动执行器的壳体防外物、防水等级,以字母IP后加两位数表示,第一位由1~6表示防外物等级见表一,第二位由1~8表示防水等级见表二.表一、第一位数字代表的防外物等级数字防护等级简要说明型号含义0 100℃≥T>85℃二智能电动执行器是当今乃至将来发展的主流考虑以上所述的五大因素电动执行器基本能够比较理想选型,但随着工业自动化的不断发展,特别是计算机速度的飞速发展,传统电动执行器的弊端及无法实现的功能也随之表露出来,一种安全、稳定、可靠、界面友好、智能化的电动执行器才能与自控系统相适应.那么智能电动执行器有哪些优点呢它又能解决传统产品的哪些弊端呢下面针对380V电源驱动的智能电动执行器的优点做简单介绍.一、丰富的信息显示及人性化的人机对话界面传统的电动执行器一般不具备太多的信息提示,所以在现场很难知道电动阀门的运行情况,特别是当出现故障时不容易诊断并排除故障.智能型电动执行器解决了这个问题,他将电动执行器的运行进行检测并将信息通过液晶显示屏显示,这样就减少了很多人为诊断过程,并能及时排除故障恢复生产.特别值得一提的是很多产品往往是代码或英文,不便于现场工作理解操作,真正的人性化人机对话界面应该是全中文字显示,奥美阀控生产的智能电动执行器就是全中文字菜单显示.二、可组态的多组信号输出电动执行器信号输出的多少是执行器对其自身及阀门运行状态监视程度高低的体现之一,传统电动执行器一般是以机械微动开关触点输出,输出点数有限,且以固定形式及固定的信息定义输出,在选型如没明确要求,产品一但出厂很难再做更改,这样不便于使用的灵活性,也不能适应强大的系统控制要求.智能电动执行器必需能有更多的信号输出点数,且对应信息定义可灵活组态.三、解决相序问题三相电机存在着相序问题,当三相电源相序错误,控制开阀、关阀时与阀门的实际转向相反,失控将造成电动执行器、阀门严重损坏.所以初次安装调试时必需手动进行相序纠错,否则损坏将不可避免,但往往现场接线与调试是不同人员,常常发生没有相序纠错而使设备损坏的现像.而智能电动执行器可以不必考虑相序问题,
