教学主题 Unit 3 I’m more outgoing than my sister.
一、教材分析
本单元以描述某人的个性特征为中心, 围绕Talk about
personal traits and compare people这个题材开展多种教学活动,从外表和性格两方面比较人物之间的相同与不同点, 由此引出taller, shorter, longer, funnier, more clearly, more outgoing等词汇, 以及“S + be + adj.比较级+than+被比较对象”这个重要的句子结构。Section A部分重在要求听说读三个方面比较不同双胞胎之间外表和性格的区别, 附带着也提出了as….as 结构表达两人的相同之处。
二、学生分析
学生已经学习过一些描述人物的简单形容词,如tall,short,fat,thin等,但对描述人物性格特征的形容词outgoing,hard-working,serious等词未学,需要重点学习。
学生需要重点学习形容词副词的比较级形式结构和句式结构,能运用所学的目标语言进行说与写的活动,完成相关任务。学生学会对不同人物进行对比。学会综合运用动词和形容词进行描述,根据自己掌握的句式结构来完成对课中不同歌手的描述。
学生需要了解中外青少年对待友谊的态度和看法,了解自己对朋友的看法,明确自己需要什么样的朋友。学会与朋友友好相处,培养乐观、积极向上的性格。

语法小结:
1、a。形容词和副词的比较级,表示两者(人和事物)的比较
b.在“比较级+than”的句型中,当than前后所使用的动词相
同时,通常用助动词代替后面的动词,该动词和助动词可以省略。
eg。 a. Tina is more outgoing than Sam.
