活动坚持以“从同学中来，到同学中去”为基本原则，面向全体会员及广大英语爱好者举行，分为常规活动和特色活动。

常规活动主要为会员提供切实的有效的英语学习方面的知识，培养基本技能。

特色活动指主要目的在于营造轻松和谐的英语学习氛围，展现英语应用空间，加强相互交流。

二、社团组织机构百色学院英语俱乐部的组织机构包括：主席1名，作为俱乐部法人代表，副主席2名，共同组成协会决策领导小组，另15名正副部长带领协会得8个重要部门，分别为：秘书部、财务部、组织部、学习部、文艺部、宣传部、外联部、网络部。

各部长由民主选举，能者居之，任期一年。

换届时，俱乐部表彰新进工作干事，产生新干事，为大家庭注入新鲜血液。

三、社团活动风采1、常规活动（1）英语角每周三晚面向全校英语爱好者组织开展英语角活动，邀请外教和外籍友人参与，进行各种有利于激发英语学习热情的互动游戏，在自由交谈时间，大家可尽情用英语畅谈，提供广大的英语交流平台。

每次活动均有约300名社团成员参与，辐射带动800多学生参与英语学习交流活动，营造了一个浓厚的英语学习氛围。

（2）英文电影欣赏每周六晚组织会员观赏英文原声电影，就电影某一片段进行提问，实行有奖竞答并鼓励大家进行外语原声模仿，同时通过撰写观后感达到锻炼英语口语、写作目的，每周约有200会员积极参与其中，充分达到了利用影视学习的作用，真正做到寓教于乐。
