人教版高二英语模块七第三单元UNDERTHESEA公开课教学设计Teaching PlanUNDER THE SEAUsing Language A New Dimension of Life(NSEFC Book 7 Unit3)一.教学内容本课内容是作者讲述她的潜水经历,让我们了解、欣赏美轮美奂的海底世界同时,也让我们接触到了许多描写海底美妙景色的形容词以及表达情绪的词组。
二.教材处理本节课是这个单元的第五课时, 直接处理阅读文章的内容,获取、分析和处理信息,在后面的讨论练习中实现有效输出。
三.教学目标1.语言知识目标:①重点单词reflect, pure, aware, vivid, narrow, sharp, tasty, shallow②重点短语be/become aware of, be scared to death2.语言技能目标:①能把握阅读文章的篇章结构,提高获取、分析和处理信息的能力;②能有条理地描述事物和自如地表达情绪。
3.情感态度目标:了解海洋生物及海底世界的奇妙景色,热爱和保护海洋生物。
4.教学重点和难点:教学重点是了解文章主旨大意,把握重要细节,感受作者的情感。
教学难点是学会描述性词语的使用。
四.教学设计1.总体思路通过本单元前面所学内容及电影Finding Nemo片段作为引入,激活学生对于海底世界的兴趣,为后面的教学做好铺垫。
然后通过设置不同的阅读任务,使学生更好的理解文章。
首先,匹配文章各个段落描写的要点,从而培养学生学会快速获取信息、处理信息的能力。
接着让学生在文中找出作者看到的海底生物并关注作者如何描述,了解文章主要细节信息,使学生对文章内容及语篇行文的特点有更加深刻的了解。
这两个部分都由学生课前通过预习课文完成,课堂上直接就这两个部分进行提问及分析。
接着,通过朗读文章第一段和最后一段,讨论作者使用的不同情绪表达方式,使学生更好地感受并了解作者当时的情绪。

通过对文章的整体认知和把握,教师给学生创设情境,让学生和自己的搭档自主地学习、思考和讨论,从而激发学生对动物的关注,鼓励学生去了解动物,爱护动物。
学情分析本课是高二年级下学期的课程,学生已经具备一定的知识储备和运用能力,但由于授课的对象的英语基础比较差,水平参差不齐,为了激发全部学生的好奇心和求知欲,课堂采用了创设情境,采用老师扮演鲸鱼,以猜谜的形式引导学生进入本节课。
通过对阅读的整体理解后,由学生扮演课文中出现的不同角色,,来活跃课堂气氛,引发学生对动物保护的意识。
同时,在阅读课中教师要渗透阅读的方法和答题的技巧,培养学生阅读的综合能力。
