Unit3 Where would you like to visit? (3a-3c) 教学设计教学步骤:Step1: Warming upEnjoy some photos of traveling.T: Do you like traveling? I love traveling so much, and I have been to some places. Do you want to know where I have been to?(设计意图:运用教师自身的旅游经验会更易点燃学生的激情,也让他们对旅游产生一种渴望:想要了解或者参观看多的旅游胜地。
)Step2:Lead-inGuessing game: Which city is it?T: Do you know the city?S: Yes, it’s ....T: You are right. Next let’s play a guessing game “Which city is it?” If you know the city, stand up and say it out loudly.(设计意图:上个步骤最后一张是中国城市,图片引出其他城市,从而引出这个游戏。
此处以看谁反应快的游戏方式让学生先对一些城市有所了解,通过图片能猜得出是哪个城市,再引出新课要介绍的国家—法国巴黎。
游戏结束后,教师可以问: Where would you like to go ? 一些学生会回答:I’d like to go toFrance. 老师可以接着问:If you go to France, which city would you like tovisit? 从而引出巴黎这一个城市。

本节课的主要内容包括:词汇的学习,如tourist destination, famous place, historical site等;句型的学习,如“Where would you like to visit?”, “I’d like to visit…”; “Why?”等。

二. 学情分析学生在学习本节课之前,已经掌握了基本的英语语法和词汇,具备一定的听说读写能力。

同时,学生对于旅游话题可能存在不同的兴趣和看法,可以通过课堂讨论来激发学生的学习兴趣。

初三(下)Unit 3 Where would you like to visit?Section A (1a-2d)听说课教学设计一.教学目标:A:语言目标:1.学生能认读并正确使用tiring, thrilling, fascination, touristy 等描述性词语。
2.正确使用would like to,hope to 引导的句型;在语境中感知理解where 引导的定语从句的意义。
B:能力目标:通过听力和对话练习,学生能获取traveling 主题下的信息,并且能谈论想去的地方及原因。
C:情感目标:了解世界上的著名旅游胜地,如夏威夷、尼亚加拉大瀑布、巴黎等,了解世界地理及风土人情,热爱旅游,热爱生活。
二.教学重、难点:1.使用would like to 句型和hope to 表示愿望句型谈论旅行目的地并阐述理由。
2.夏威夷、尼亚加拉大瀑布等旅游地点的准确读法。
3.Where 引导的定语从句在语境下的意义感知。
三.教学过程:Step 1:Lead—in:1.T asks: Do you like traveling? Follow me to travel.播放中国和世界各地名胜古迹的一段小视频,感受美景。
2.T: I like traveling very much. But there are so many travel posters outside. I can’t decide where to go. Can you help me?【设计意图】本单元以traveling 为话题,但课本内容主要是以世界各地著名景点为背景,离学生比较遥远。
因此在设计视频时,先由我们周围及国内的优美景区带出本单元中出现的国外的旅游胜地。
视频后用一组旅游宣传海报引出自己的烦恼:无法决定去哪旅行,你能帮我吗?带动学生的积极性。
Step 2:Presentation通过“去年我曾去过北京”及“My dream is to go abroad”来自然引出尼亚加拉大瀑布、弗罗里达海滩和亚马逊丛林,学习有关描述性的形容词,引出:Where would you like to visit? Why?【设计意图】1.通过图片了解世界著名景点的名称,以及相关描述性的形容词。
