Discussion—Treatment
Introduction
Active treatment-- accelerated platelet recovery in children with short-lasting ITP but did not avert the development of chronic ITP and did not cause a reduction in morbidity during follow-up. In 70-80% of children who present with acute ITP, spontaneous resolution occurs within 6 mo. 创伤病人的死因
第一死亡峰：占创伤死亡数的1/2，主要死因是大脑、脑干、脊髓、心脏、大血管撕裂伤或窒息。第二死亡峰：占创伤死亡数的1/3，其中半数死因是CNS损伤，另半数是胸部或腹部大出血，或多发伤引起大量失血。第三死亡峰：占创伤死亡数的10%-20%, 主要死因是脓毒血症和MODS。

这类问题往往是很刁钻的一些迷题或者数值估计题，主要考察的是你的创造力，以及面对压力下的问题分析能力和冷静。

一般来说，每一个45分钟的 Case Interview要不会包含一个长的 Business Case，要不会有两个Case，其中一个必然是guesstimate，另外的一个有可能是brainteaser，也有可能是一个短的Business Case。

Business Cases
最常见的Business Case Interview是面试官给你描述一个案例背景，然后问你该如何分析这个问题。常见的背景有市场迚入(market entry)，利润下降(profit decline)，行业分析(industry analysis)，销量下降(sales decline)等。面试官往往不会提供很具体的信息，需要你不断的提出有针对性的问题来获得更多的有用的信息。
4P’s模型在做marketing的案例，或者分析为什么销量下降或者上升的时候十分的有用。
