在学习态度方面，大约三分之一的同学非常积极，另外三分之一中等程度的学生稳定性比较强，能与老师步调一致，而其余三分之一的同学则消极懈怠，学习态度不端正。
到了九年级，同学们的学习状况又进入了一个相对“稳定”的时期。
经过将近三年的初中学习，新授内容基本结束，而同学们在学习过程中随着克服困难的次数增加，也积累了很多处理问题的经验，学习兴趣和积极性应当有一个理性的回归，他们正处于由“谷底”缓缓上升的过程，这时，如果教师能及时引导，学习兴趣和学习积极性将会再达到一个顶峰。
