246H.Gao et al.view,and then it incorporates different views by seeking optimal combination of multiple kernels of different views.(2)Subspace learning based approach.It obtains a latent consensus subspace shared by multiple views and cluster the instances on the latent subspace.There are many research works in this cat-egory,including CCA-based methods[3],spectral graph based methods[4–6], matrix factorization based methods[7,8].(3)Ensemble learning based approach.[9]takes a decision in each individual view separately and then combines all deci-sions of distinct views to establish a consensus decision by determining cluster agreements/disagreements.Traditional research assumes data are complete in all views.However,in many real applications,parts of instances are not available in some views.For example,in a news story clustering task,articles are collected from different on-line news sources.Only a part of news are reported in all views.No single source includes all news.Another example is image clustering.Images are based on multiple visual and textual features.Some images have only a fraction of visual or textual feature sets.Recently,a few attempts have been made for multi-view clustering with incomplete views.Thefirst work to deal with incomplete view clustering was pro-posed in[10].It uses one view’s kernel representation as the similarity matrix and complete the incomplete view’s kernel using Laplacian regularization.However, this approach requires that there exists at least one complete view containing all the instances.Shao et al.[11]relax the above constraint.They collectively complete the kernel matrices of incomplete datasets by optimizing the align-ment of shared instances of the datasets.Furthermore,a clustering algorithm is proposed based on the kernel canonical correlation analysis.However,this app-roach focus on two view problem.It can not exploit relation among more than two views.Li et al.proposed a Partial view clustering algorithm(PVC)[12]. Based on non-negative matrix factorization(NMF),PVC works by establishing a latent subspace where the instances corresponding to the same example in different views are close to each other.PVC concentrates on two views problem. Extending PVC to more views suffers from computational problem.In most recently,Shao et al.developed an incomplete view clustering algorithm(MIC) [13].MIC handles the situation of more than two incomplete views.With joint weighted non-negative matrix factorization,it learns a L2,1regularized latent subspace for multiple views.With mean value imputation initialization,MIC gives lower weights to the incomplete instances than the complete instances. 方法选取9〜13岁聋哑儿童及年龄、性别等相匹配的正常对照组各27例。
采集所有被试T1结构像及弥散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)数据,分别进行SB M及T B S S的分析,计算皮层厚度、回指数及各向异性指数(fractional aniS〇tr〇Py,F A)。
采用SPSS20.0软件和F SL软件对数据进行统计分析。
结果与正常对照组比较,聋哑儿童左侧大脑半球中央后回、顶上小叶、中央旁小叶、楔前叶的皮层厚度明显降低(团块大小4 150,P<0. 05)。
右侧大脑半球颞横回、颞中回区域皮层厚度降低(团块大小2 592,P<0. 05)。
左侧楔前叶区域局部回指数明显升高(团块大小3 225,P<0. 05)。
D T I结果显示在放射冠、皮质束、扣带回、胼胝体、丘脑辐射、额枕下束等区域F A值降低(P<0.05,TFC E校正)。
结论聋哑儿童大脑皮层及白质微结构存在不同程度的损伤,同时楔前叶出现了脑结构重塑和代偿重构,为深人研究听觉功能丧失与大脑结构改变的关系提供了有力的证据。

The local regression index of the left anterior wedge region was significantly increased( cluster size 3 225 ,P<0. 05). The DTI results showed a decrease in FA values in the areasof radiation crown, cortical bundle, cingulate gyrus, corpus callosum, thalamus radiation,and sub-occipitalbundle (P<0. 05 ,TFCE corrected). 作为实现人工智能制造和智慧城市基础[2]的手眼标定,是机器人和机器视觉进行协调工作的必要内容,通过重构三维场景获取相机坐标系和机器人坐标系之间的位姿关系,因此提升其精确度、标定范围和稳定性非常重要。
目前,标定的主要方法有主动视觉标定法、相机自标定法和传统相机标定法[3]。
主动视觉标定法优点在于不用借助标定物、稳定性强及算法简单,但成本高、设备昂贵;相机自标定法[4]灵活性强但精度低、鲁棒性差;传统相机标定法需要标定物辅助标定,但是算法足够成熟,鲁棒性强且操作简单[5⁃9]。
对于精度要求高和成本需要控制的场景,传统相机标定法能够满足要求。
其中常用的方法有直线标定法、Tsai 两步法和张氏标定法,这面向工业机器人的非线性手眼标定方法研究胡宇鹏, 蒋年德(东华理工大学 信息工程学院, 江西 南昌 330013)摘 要: 手眼标定是机器人视觉领域中的一个关键技术,主要包括眼在手上和眼在手外两种标定方式。
标定的目的是得到相机坐标系与机器人坐标系之间的位姿关系,根据相机获取的图像重构三维场景,求出两个坐标系之间的转换参数,其结果将直接影响到机器人精准作业。
受当前镜头工艺水平和机器误差限制,相机采集的图像存在非线性畸变,原有的手眼标定方法存在精确度不足的缺点。
针对这个问题,文中提出面向工业机器人的非线性手眼标定方法,通过卷积原理使矩阵参数适应镜头下不同区域畸变的方法,减小相机镜头畸变影响。
通过实验验证表明,该方法能够提高手眼标定结果的精确度,标定后的平均误差为0.4 mm ,稳定性更强,可满足更多场景需求。
