Any crossing of metal walls must be protected with non –abrasive material bushings.5REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCT QUALIFICATIONSubmit the components to the tests required in the relevant “T echnical Sheet ” as reported in point 6 or in additional information for each “T echnical Sheet ”.Limits of acceptability are reported on the respective “Technical Sheet ” for each specific type.6TEST PROCEDURES 6.1MaterialVerify that the material complies with requirements and shows all its properties in conformance with the information given in the IVECO STD. relating to these materials.6.2Bursting testFasten the part, previously filled with suitable fluid, to the testing machine by means of its own fittings or the fastening clamps shown in IVECO STD. 11–4543.If a heat bursting test is required, after having assembled the part, condition it for 2 hours at the temperature shown on the “T echnical Sheet ” before carrying out the test.Increase pressure until bursting is acheived, at a rate according to the following ratio:Pressure increment +P (burst pressure )3(bar ńmin )If the bursting test is to be performed after ageing, the tested parts will have to be completely filled with the test fluid.18–0400Page 7/11Date05.09.2005IVECO S tanda rdPUBLISHED BY SATIZ - NORMAZIONE6.2.1Minimum reference values for this test must be those specified in SAE Standard J517 – June 1994– i.e.: 4 times max. operating pressure (unless otherwise specified on drawing or on special product Technical Sheet).6.3Expansion of diameterPrepare the part and attach it to the special equipment at the temperature shown on the “T echnical Sheet ” for at least 60 min. Measure the outside diameter.Increase internal pressure up to the test level according to ratio in point 6.2. Measure the outside diameter and calculate the percentage variation.6.4Declining clamping torque (sleeves)Fasten the sleeve onto a metal spindle whose dimensions are according to drawing by means of the same type of clamps used on the motor –vehicle.Close the clamp, applying the clamping torque shown on drawing.Condition the assembly in an oven at the temperature indicated in the “T echnical Sheet ” for 70 hours.Remove from oven and after 60 minutes of conditioning at ambient temperature restore the original torque. Calculate the percentage decline.6.5Adhesion rubber / textile reinforcementObtain from the testbed part some specimens at least 10 mm wide and 80 mm long.Start to detach the reinforcement from the rubber for the complete width of the specimen, to allow attachment to the heads of the tensile stress machine.Submit the specimen to tensile stress at a speed of 450 mm/min. Record the load variation.The adhesion value is given by the average loads shown between the 11th and 20th peak of the recording. No value must range below 50% of the average calculated.6.6Pulsating pressure fatigue testAssemble the pipe, as it usually would be on the motor –vehicle, by means of the connectors or fas-tening clamps normally used, on special equipment with a thermal conditioning chamber.Let the fluid in use run into the pipe or sleeves setting the initial temperature in the chamber in accor-dance with the information on the “Technical Sheet ”.The pressure of the fluid must vary sinusoidally within the values reported on the said “T echnical Sheet ” at a frequency between 0.1 – 0.5 Hz.When the test is over check if leaks or cracks have occurred.6.7Pipe fitting withdrawing load (pipes)Fasten the parts by means of their own pipe fittings to the heads of a dynamometer. Subject the parts to tensile stress at a speed of 50 mm/min. The actual breaking load of the parts or the withdraw-ing load of pipe fittings is calculated using the following ratio:T w KP Awhere:–T = tensile stress of pipe fittings (daN);–K = factor of safety = 3;–P = working pressure of pipe (daN/cm 2);–A = surface of internal section of pipe (cm 2).18–0400Page 8/11Date05.09.2005IVECO S tanda rdPUBLISHED BY SATIZ - NORMAZIONE6.8Axial and side stiffness (straight sleeves and sleeves with bellows outline)6.8.1Measuring axial load –deformation curveFasten the sleeve by means of the proper clamps specified in IVECO STD. 11–4543, on unions complying with IVECO STD. 10–4302 and then extend/compress by means of a dynamometer and with 20 mm/min load application speed.Measure load –deformation curve and check that it falls within the limits specified on drawing.6.8.2Measuring side load –deformation curveFasten sleeve by means of the proper clamps specified in IVECO STD. 11–4543 and union comply-ing with IVECO STD. 10–4302, then position it on the square device allowing load application on one end.On the other end apply load by means of dynamometer with 20 mm/min application speed.Measure load –deformation curve and check that it falls within the limits specified on drawing.6.9Axial jolting fatigue test (straight sleeves and sleeves with bellows outline)Fasten the sleeve, by means of the clamps indicated in IVECO STD. 11–4543, to a support integral with the mounting face of equipment suitable for imposing strain fatigue tests. Perform the movements indicated on drawing at a frequency of approx. 0.2 Hz at ambient temperature. When the test is over, scrutinize the part and record any possible damage or irregularity.6.10Diametrical contractionCondition the part, fastened to appropriate equipment, at the temperature shown on the “T echnical Sheet ” for at least 60 mins.Measure the outside diameter. Set the internal pressure at the value given in the “T echnical Sheet ”and measure the outside diameter again. Calculate the percentage variation.6.11Low temperature behaviourCondition the part without fastening it, at a temperature of –40 °C for at least 60 minutes.Then carry out in 5 seconds, at most, one of the following tests, according to the requirement on the “T echnical Sheet ”:a)bending on spindle: bend the part at 180° on a spindle whose diameter is reported on therelevant “Technical Sheet ” at constant speed. Check for any occurance of cracks or faults.b)dart impact : by means of appropriate equipment, submit the part to the impact of a falling dartof approx.1000 grams in mass, with a spherical striking surface (12.5 mm in diameter), from a height of 60 cm.Check that the part is whole when the test is over.6.12Ageing testThe component (sleeve/pipe) must be conditioned as shown in the related “T echnical Sheet ” for the required time and temperature.During the test, the component must be completely filled with specified test fluid.18–0400Page 9/11Date05.09.2005IVECO S tanda rdPUBLISHED BY SATIZ - NORMAZIONE6.13Resistance to vibration testThis test is carried out to check whether components (connected and notconnected hoses)submitted to vibrations show structural and/or functional modifications which might reduce their performances below an acceptable level.NOTE : A certain degree of technical evaluation and continuous monitoring by operator are required toperform the vibration test: purchaser and supplier must be fully aware of these requirements.6.13.1Alternate shakingThis test is to be performed under the following conditions:–p=max. pressure specified on drawing–imposed camber =15% of pipe free length, excluding connection length,specified on drawing –frequency =3Hz –temperature =60 °C–length=as specified on Product Technical SheetNOTE :hose shall be mounted in straight position on the diagonal (in the max. range/imposed camberconditions).6.13.2Variable frequency vibrationThis test must be carried out with a suitable equipment (e.g.: electromagnetic exciter) and under the following conditions:–p=max. pressure specified on drawing –vibration field=20–200 Hz at the following test steps:–5–10 Hz 1 g –10–20 Hz 1.5 g –20–45 Hz 5 g –45–200 Hz 8 g–length=as specified on Product Technical Sheet6.14Tightness testThis test must be carried out on hydraulic test bed fitted with a suitable pressure transducer.Minimum reference values for this test must be those specified in SAE Standard J517 – June 1994– i.e.: twice max. operating pressure (unless otherwise specified on drawing or on special product Technical Sheet).Test to be carried out on aged component and/or after positive fatigue vibration test.18–0400Page 10/11Date05.09.2005IVECO S tanda rdPUBLISHED BY SATIZ - NORMAZIONE7ENGINEERING RELEASEThe general specifications in IVECO STD. 18–0010 “Quality of Supplies ” are valid.As a sample for approval for acceptability, the Supplier must provide the quantity of material,required in the purchase order, that should be submitted to check the properties laid down in this Standard.The above mentioned samples must always be accompanied by a “Product Identification Card ” (see IVECO STD. 18–0015) and by the “Certificate of Quality and Conformity of the Product ” (see IVECO STD. 18–0013) filled in by the Supplier with reference to the properties of this Specification and to any other specifications in the drawing; the results of the checks carried out by the Supplier on the sample submitted must refer to non destructive tests only.Together with the sample, the Supplier must submit a report on all the tests and checks, including the destructive ones, required in this Specification and drawings and carried out on elements not belonging to the submitted sample.8QUALITY OF SUPPLIESThe supplied product must conform to the drawings and to the present Specification and to the engi-neering release sample.The equipment must be delivered according to the specifications of IVECO STD. 18–0010 “Quality of Supplies ”, using the forms specified in IVECO STD. 18–0013, 18–0015.In setting the type of production process to adopt and the severity of inspection, the Supplier must keep in mind the levels of importance that IVECO has attributed to each of the specifications re-quired on the basis of the criteria given in IVECO STD. 18–0011 “Criteria for classifying product prop-erties ”.The levels of importance to be consider as far as this standard is concerned, are those reported on Table III.NOTE :Both when products are being qualified and when supplies are inspected, checks may be carriedout on a component which has undergone non-destructive tests (identified with NM in Table III);when a component has undergone destructive tests (M), it may not be used again for other checks or controls, unless otherwise specified each time.9APPROVED PRODUCTSApproved Products/Suppliers outlined in Enclosure 0, when existing are binding for product pur-chase.Enclosure 0 also outlines T echnical Sheet Enclosures for each component.。

5.起动发动机,检查发动机、离合器、变速器、发电机、转向系和制动系工作情况和性能是否正常。
6.检查各种电气设备、灯光、喇叭和仪表的工作情况。
7.检查随车工具和随车文件是否齐全。
(二)、新车的走合依维柯各型车的新车走合期为1500公里。
在走合期内行车,应不使发动机满负荷运转。
走合期结束后,应做好以下工作:1.彻底更换发动机机油。
2.检查底盘各传动机构是否有泄漏。
3.检查管路及接口部分是否有泄漏。
4.检查各活动部分的间隙是否正常。
二、发动机的正确使用(一)、发动机的起动1.起动前应把变速杆移至空档,并拉上手制动器2.将钥匙插入点火开关并向右转至位置1(MAR)。
此时若发动机水温正常,则预热系统不起作用,但有预热指示灯显示发动机电路及各信号装置电路已接通,预热指示灯亮,约2秒后即可将钥匙转到位置2(AVV),并在发动机起动后立即松开钥匙。
注意:钥匙在位置2处的停留时间不得超过30秒。
如超过30秒,发动机尚未起动,则需松开点火钥匙间隔1分钟后再重复预热操作,进行重新起动。
若起动时发动机水温低于2±2℃时,点火钥匙在位置1时,会自动接通预热系统,预热指示灯会连续亮30-40秒,直到指示灯熄灭,表示预热完成,此时方可将点火钥匙转至位置2,进行发动机起动。
注意:在起动期间预热指示灯连续亮,发动机起动后指示灯熄灭。
