Ucam SmatTest 文件处理方法简介Ucam SmatTest文件处理方法简介SmartTest 是一套专业测试制作软件，它完全支持Visztek Log8飞针测试机需要的全部資料格式MNF1 & MNF2；SmartTest 輸入的文件格式包括Gerber,ODB++ 和 IPC-D-356A 等，它对于线路板的层数要求沒有限制。

盲埋孔的处理也只需简单設定层的属性就可完成。

网络的运算快速而准确，测试点的产生可达到100%的安全性。

最优化的临近绝缘短路測試(Shield Adjacency)运算，在保证最安全的情況下将测试时间优化到最小。

人性化的工作介面，让使用者更加容易操作。

灵活的参数设定，能够满足各种不同线路板的测试需求。

1.1 Gerber数据准备在Ucam、Genesis2000或者CAM350及其它任意的CAM编辑软件中准备Visztek Log8飞针测试机要求的Gerber资料， Gerber要求如下：a、删除Gerber中的NPTH（即资料中的非镀铜孔）；b、在阻焊层中，要求：PAD一定要为Flash盘，线为Trace；如果PAD为线属性的PAD，一定要求转换为Flash PAD；需要测试和有孔的地方要求必须为FLASH PAD；c、删除内层的散热盘（梅花形状的PAD，散热作用，不影响任何网络改变）；d、清除信号线路上小的垃圾PAD，删除阻焊层的过孔开窗pad；e、在Gerber的D-CODE中不能够有Customer D-Code，如果有，在不影响电气连接和测试点中心位置不改变的情况下请转为标准D-Code；f、线路的坐标数据一定不能够有负数；g、Gerber为自带D-Code的RS-274X格式文件（建议客户保存钻孔文档为RS-274X的gerber格式）。

1.2 在电脑中d:\jobs下建立Jobsname的料号文件夹，将Gerber资料Copy到该文件夹，查看文件是否正确与完整性；1.3 打开Ucam SmatTest软件，新建job料号；点击ok后出现下图：1.4 层的属性定义规则选择Layer 功能表上的Modify 命令，在Job Editor视窗中，单击层的名称，此時弹出一个层的参数对话框,可以修改层的参数、层名，当前层显示的颜色为Plane1。

集群架设钟毅厦门大学物理学系复杂系统研究室2012年8月前言集群就是一堆计算机通过某种方式联系在一起的统一的整体.它有一个主节点，负责管理账户，回答用户的请求，以及命令其它计算机即子节点(计算节点)完成某项任务. 为了能够给子节点下命令，我们必须搭建SSH服务，并且要达到无密码互访(因为子节点要反馈计算结果或者其它信息给主节点)；为了管理用户账号的方便，我们要建立NIS服务，而要建立NIS服务，又必须先搭建NFS服务. NFS服务的一项重要的功能是，把主节点的某个或者某些目录共享给子节点，这样，只要在主节点的共享区域安装了某个软件，那么该软件就可以被所有子节点利用.我们复杂系统小组的成员都喜欢编写Fortran程序，所以我们有必要安装Fortran编译器------ifort软件，这是intel公司提供的免费Fortran编译器.又考虑到我们经常要进行大规模模拟计算，这就必须安装MPICH2这个并行计算软件. 此外，我们还必须安装Torque这个作业管理器，对用户提交的作业进行管理.有必要说明的是，这里展示的是每种软件的安装步骤，以及遇到问题时的处理方法；这里面没有对各种软件的功能进行详细的解说哟，也没有对linux的命令进行解说，要知道它们的功能，请参看最后面列出的参考文献吧. 还有一点必须说明，之所以整理这个安装笔记，是为了让师弟师妹们在自己架设集群的时候有一份比较完整的参考资料. 好了，废话少说，开始动手吧，O(∩_∩)O哈哈~一．安装与连接internet两台电脑Hostname分别为centos1，centos21.安装CentOS6.3 , 分区的时候选择如下方式centos1的分区：/ : 90GB/var : 10GB/tmp : 10GBSwap : 3GB/disk1 : 20GBcentos2的分区：/ : 20GB/var : 10GB/tmp : 10GBSwap : 3GB/disk2 : 90GB选择安装basic server 的安装包。

1.Found clock-sensitive change during active clock edge at time <time> on register "<name>"原因：vector source file中时钟敏感信号（如：数据，允许端，清零，同步加载等）在时钟的边缘同时变化。

而时钟敏感信号是不能在时钟边沿变化的。

其后果为导致结果不正确。

措施：编辑vector source file2.Verilog HDL assignment warning at <location>: truncated with size <number> to match size of target (<number>原因:在HDL设计中对目标的位数进行了设定,如:reg[4:0] a;而默认为32位,将位数裁定到合适的大小措施:如果结果正确,无须加以修正,如果不想看到这个警告,可以改变设定的位数3.All reachable assignments to data_out(10) assign '0', register removed by optimization原因:经过综合器优化后，输出端口已经不起作用了4.Following 9 pins have nothing, GND, or VCC driving datain port -- changes to this connectivity may change fitting results原因:第9脚，空或接地或接上了电源措施:有时候定义了输出端口，但输出端直接赋…0‟，便会被接地，赋…1‟接电源。

如果你的设计中这些端口就是这样用的，那便可以不理会这些warning5.Found pins ing as undefined clocks and/or memory enables原因:是你作为时钟的PIN没有约束信息。
