（2）词汇：where，table，desk, bed, bookcase, sofa, in , on, under, chair .（3）目标语言：---Where’s my schoolbag ?---It’s in / on / under the desk .---Where are my books ?---Are they on the chair ?---No , they aren’t . They’re on the desk .（4）语法结构：Where引导的特殊疑问句，表示位置的介词in, on, under的用法。
2、能力目标：学会运用目标语言说明物品的位置。
3、情感目标：养成收拾物品整齐、保持房间整洁的好习惯。
教学重难点：（1）理解表示物品位置的三个介词：in, on, under .（2）学会运用where句型表示物品的位置。
教学方法：问和答；两两对话；小组活动。
教学过程：Step 1 Leading in(1) Revise some school things by asking questions.What’s this in English ?Is this a / an … ?How do you spell it ?What are these in English ?Are they …?(2)Learning the new words.展示实物或使用简笔画，用以上提问的方式完成词汇教学，同时注出音标、拼读。
What’s this in English ?It’s a table / so fa / bed / bookcase / chair / schoolbag .用物品所处不同的位置来学习in, on, under的用法。
Where’s the book ?It’s on the desk .Where are the keys ?They are in the desk .Where is the schoolbag ?It’s under the desk .设计意图：在学习生词的同时切入新内容，为下面的听力和对话操练做准备。
Step 2 Matching (1a)熟悉单词，然后将单词与图中物品配对。
设计意图：做好1b的听前铺垫。
Step 3 Listening (1b)（1）听前活动：用实物（如书本）表示不同的位置，让学生了解介词in, on, under表示的位置关系。
（2）听中活动：通过听力，找出物品的位置（1-4），关键词books, keys,…（3）听后活动：和学生一起检测答案。
设计意图：以听力训练的方式让学生认知1a中呈现的核心词汇和目标语言，培养学生的听力。
联系生活实际，教育学生养成爱整洁、合理摆放物品的好习惯。
Step 4 Practice (1c)（1）挖掘1a中的语言内容，用Where’s …? It’s in / on / under…. Where are …? They’re on / in / under….进行半控制性对话练习。
注意名词的单、复数和代词it , they保持一致。
（2）学生运用身边的物品，用目标语言进行开放性对话操练。
（3）小组进行表演，并给予评价。
同时提醒学生，对话提问、回答都用降调。
设计意图：巩固、运用目标语言。
Step 5 Listening (2a-2b)（1）2a. 用What’s this in English ? It’s a / an …. What are these in English ? They’re ….进行问、答，复习图中的物品名称。
（2）学生听录音，为物品编号。
（3）2b.听之前，简单复习介词in, on, under表示的位置关系。
（4）听录音，在2b中找出2a中的物品并编号。
（5）让学生模仿录音，朗读2b中的对话，注意升调和降调。
设计意图：训练学生在听力对话中捕捉关键信息，培养学生的听力，纠正学生的语音、语调。
Step 6 Practice (2c)（1）朗读2c中的对话范例，用2b中物品的位置关系重编对话。
（2）为学生使用目标语言创设情境，利用真实物品进行交流。
老师先跟学生做对话示范如：T: Is the book on the desk ? (书在桌子下面)Ss: No, it isn’t .T: Where is it ?Ss: It’s under the desk .单数变成复数：T: Are the books on the desk ?Ss: No, they aren’t .T: Where are they ?Ss:They’re under the desk .注意：it, they分别代替前面提及的物品的单数(book)和复数(books)。
（3）让学生用where is / are…? Is it / Are they…?猜猜物品的位置，进行开放性活动，然后进行评价。
设计意图：掌握目标语言，培养学生的语言综合运用能力。
Step7 Summary(把书本放在包里，包放在桌子上，强调in, on, under表示的位置。
