成都楼盘景观设计考察报告按照部门高端住宅研究计划，结合项目设计回访，我部门建筑、景观及设备专业于9月中旬对成都地区新开的几个档次较高的楼盘进行了实地考察，从景观设计的角度认为鹭岛国际、麓山国际、仁合*春天大道这几个楼盘有可学习、借鉴之处，主要重点是在水景的设计和绿化种植设计两个方面。
下面将根据实景照片分别说明，希望能对红东项目的景观设计有所启发。
鹭岛国际鹭岛国际社区地处外双楠版块，秉承“国际视野、中国一流”的开发目标和理念，该项目将特聘澳大利亚、美国、日本、新加坡等著名国际建筑、规划、景观设计大师联手，打造一期以“北欧森林”、二期以“亚马逊热带雨林”、三期以“夏威夷冲浪沙滩”为主题景观的大型国际社区。
图一 图二图三 图四从规划效果图（图一）中可以看出“水”元素的大量运用，森林、雨林和沙滩的景观主题依靠水和植物等来表现，据有关人士透露一期景观每一平方米的投入高达800元，绿化达62%。
图二、图三、图四现销售处为将来的会所功能，水的利用做的比较充分，如图三水池中种植银杏树阵的做法比较新奇，把成都人喜欢的银杏良好的与水景观结合，也体现了设计者的用心良苦。
图五 图六图五、图六的水景较为隐蔽，位于入户大堂前，有“小桥流水人家”的意境，水与建筑，水与人的关系显得非常密切。
溪流蜿蜒曲折，水岸采用景观廊架，与植物的配置相结合，减少人工造景的痕迹，使居住区内环境景观在视觉上更为开阔。
另外此处的种植设计也应当值得学习，设计者利用常见的种类通过良好的种植形式，丰富了水景驳岸，并使建筑与道路、建筑与人的过度自然、生态。
图七 图八 成都人对桂花的喜爱几乎到了狂热的地步，城市里四处可见：街头绿地、市政公园、农家乐、私家庭院……做为高档楼盘，几棵点缀的大规格的桂花树自是少不了，如图七。
不过桂花生长很慢，过量移植会对原生长地生态环境造成影响。
树木的种植设计可以造成建筑隐退或是建筑从绿化丛中生长出来的效果。
此类种植要求密度大，层次丰富，植物种类的要求居其次，如图八。
