Step 1 Greetings (about 2 minutes)
Step 2 Revision (about 3 minutes)
T: Do you like animals?
T: What animals do you want to see? Why?
(通过复习一般现在时的句型结构,为下面的现在进行时的学习起一个比较的作用。
)
Step3 Presentation (about 15 minutes)
T: Do you want to listen to music?
Ss: Yes, I do.( the teacher says: let’s listen to a song)
1. Listen to a song.(听一首活泼愉快的歌曲,既能激发学生的学习兴趣,又能顺利地过渡到现在进行时的学习)
2. Show aims.
3. Present some new words
4. Lead out the new phrases and target languages.
( Do some actions and show some pictures on the screen, then ask some students to perform the actions.)
eg. Ss: What are you doing ?
T: I am watching TV.(Help Ss to ask)
T:What is she /he doing ?
Ss: She /He is cleaning.
T: What are they doing ?
Ss: They’re exercising.
Teach : watching TV, cleaning , reading a newspaper, talking on the phone, listening to a CD, using the computer, making soup, washing the dishes, exercising...as the same way.
