11. SDI Instructor Trainer11.1 IntroductionThe Instructor Trainer Workshop (ITW) trains candidates as full evaluators to conduct the SDI Instructor Evaluation Course (IEC) independently. A corresponding, current instructor-level rating must be held for all IT levels, along with minimum student certifications as detailed in this outline.11.2 Qualifications of GraduatesUpon successful completion of this course, graduates may:1.Conduct the SDI Instructor Evaluation Course (IEC) independently.2.Teach and evaluate instructor-level courses for all approved levels.3.Staff Instructor Trainer Workshops.4.Conduct administrative crossover programs and crossover evaluations for SDIProfessionals.5.Conduct the SDI Course Director program (when prerequisites are met).11.3 Who May Teach1.This workshop may only be taught by Instructor Trainer Evaluators authorized by SDIHeadquarters Training Department.11.4 Student to Instructor RatioThe Candidate to ITE ratio is unlimited so long as adequate facilities, supplies, and time are provided to ensure comprehensive and complete training of subject matter.11.5 Student Prerequisites1.Minimum age 20.2.Provide proof of 300 logged dives.3.Be an active SDI OWSDI, or Equivalent, for a minimum of 2 years with no verifiedquality assurance complaints within the past 12 months.4.Be an active First Response Training International Adult and Child Emergency Careinstructor.5.Have issued a minimum of 200 SDI (or equivalent) certifications at various levels.Suggested levels as defined below:6.150 Open Water Scuba Diver.7.20 Rescue Diver.8.25 Specialty Diver.9. 5 Divemaster or Assistant Instructor.10.Candidate must show verification of using SDI/TDI/ERDI standards and materials toconduct or assist at least 5 full SDI/TDI/ERDI courses.11.Provide proof of current CPR, first aid, and oxygen provider, where local law permits.12.Have a current medical examination for scuba diving signed by a licensed physician. 11.6 Course Structure and DurationCourse Structure:1.Instructor Trainers may structure courses according to the number of candidatesparticipating.2.The Instructor Trainer program may be taught in conjunction with the Course Directorcourse by SDI Headquarters appointed staff.Duration:1.The Instructor Trainer candidate must complete 100 hours under the direction andsupervision of an SDI Headquarters approved ITE.11.7 Administrative RequirementsAdministrative Tasks:1.Collect the course fees from all the students.2.Ensure that the students have the required equipment.municate the schedule to the students.4.Have the students complete the:a.SDI Liability Release and Express Assumption of Risk Formb.SDI Medical Statement Form signed by a licensed physician.Upon completion of the program, the Instructor Trainer Evaluator must:1.Issue the appropriate SDI certification by submitting the following to SDI Headquarters:a.Instructor Trainer Workshop/Course Director Program Evaluation Checklist &Registration Form.b.Instructor Trainer & Course Director Pre-Course Examsc.Instructor Trainer Final Examd.Three (3) academic presentation evaluations by candidatee.Two (2) confined water presentation evaluations by candidatef.Two (2) open water presentation evaluations by candidate11.8 Training MaterialIn addition to all items listed in the Training Material section of the SDI Course Director Course standard, the following materials are required:Required materials for the IT candidate:1.SDI Training Materials as needed.For the Instructor Trainer Evaluator:1.Instructor Trainer Evaluator Instructor Guide.2.SDI Training Materials as needed.3.ITW Written Examination.11.9 Required Subject AreasIn addition to a review of all required subject areas for the Course Director course, the following subjects must be covered during the Instructor Trainer program:1.IEC – Evaluation Process.2.Teaching SDI Course Director Courses.3.TDI Instructor Training.4.ERDI Instructor Training.5.First Response Instructor Training6.PFI Instructor Training7.Conducting Crossovers/Member Updates.11.10 Required Skill Performance and Graduation Requirements Candidates are required to successfully complete the following, using SDI Training Material where applicable:1.Evaluate a minimum of 3 classroom presentations.2.Successfully pass the ITW written examination with a minimum score of 80 percent,with 100 percent remediation by the conducting staff.3.Show verification of staffing 1 complete SDI IDC.Note: In addition to the above items, all IT candidates must complete all items listed in the Course Director Required Skill Performance and Graduation Requirements section.11.11 Policies for All Instructor Trainers1.Instructor Trainers must be registered with SDI World Headquarters and respective SDIRegional Office for their country of residence.2.Upon completion of the Instructor Trainer program, Instructor Trainers may upgrade toother IT levels without attending another Instructor Trainer program provided they have remained actively teaching instructor courses.3.Some SDI courses require a minimum number of student certifications at that levelbefore instructors may obtain IT status for that course. 给与原水停水时系统的一定的运行时间，以便及时应对。
本套系统预处理部分的模式为机械过滤（压力式），那么我们在预处理系统中设计了原水泵来保证预处理运行所需要的压力。
压力一般保持在0.15-0.35Mpa左右。
1. 机械过滤器（砂滤）：机械过滤器中根据原水指标填入石英砂、锰砂、煤石、陶粒等介质，用于去除前级处理中未能去除的微细颗粒和胶体物质，提高悬浮固体、浊度等的去除率，使后续处理装置免于经常阻塞，并提高它们的处理效率。

2. 其中，扭力改锥、高压仪、人体静电测试仪和表面电阻测试仪，需要一年一检（一般校验的有效期为一年）；ESD的推车、操作台面和车间地面由于无法送检，因此将通过已经检验过的表面电阻测试仪进行检验，检验周期为每三个月检验一次。
Calibration3. 检测完后，更新《设备校验记录表》(附后)。
在工具设备上标明最新有效期信息。
4. 对于送检设备工具，将检测报告集中放置，对于过往检测报告，应该予以保存，便于追溯。
所有设备工具都有相关的SDI设备编号，每个需要检测的设备上，都应明确标记有效期，超出有效期的设备工具不能使用，因此对于即将到期的工具设备应及时检测校验，以防止过期失效，造成产品质量问题。
CalibrationMaintenanceMaintenance1. SDI主要设备需要注意使用中的维护，包括TALON机柜和TALON服务器维护、组装测试工具维护、台面地面推车维护、测试PC机维护、打印机维护、网络柜维护和测试电源网口插座维护等。
2. 使用中的维护主要是：正确的使用设备工具，避免错误的使用方法；保持工作环境清洁；规范取用设备工具，使用完及时放回；使用中或使用完发现污渍应及时清洁等。
Maintenance3. 对于PC机和TALON服务器，应该在使用中注意监察运行状况，保持网络畅通，运行空间充裕。
4. 打印机缺少打印墨时应及时换上备用打印墨盒（一般使用一个，备用一个，必须使用正品耗材），以免损坏打印机。
5.设备工具应进行定期清洁保养（一般每季一次），擦除表面灰尘，保证设备工具的清洁，根据实际保养情况，填写《设备保养记录表》。
