函电是什么意思
商务函电是指在日常的商务往来中用以传递信息、处理商务事宜以及联络和沟通关系的信函、电讯文书。
常用的商务信函主要有商洽函、询问函、答复函、请求函、告知函和联系函等。
商务信函的写作需要注意以下几点:
(1)准确。
商务信函的内容多与双方的利益有着直接的利害关系,因而要完整、精确的表达意思,用于乃至标点符号都要做到准确无误,以免造成不必要的麻烦。
(2)简洁。
在做到准确、周到的前提下,应用最少的文字表达真实的意思,不能拖沓冗长。
(3)具体。
信函所要交待的事项必须具体明确,尤其要注意需要对方答复或会对双方关系产生影响的内容,绝不能语言不详。
(4)礼貌。
