扭力图能够显示出汽车的扭力大小,也能够反映出汽车在运转时的状态。
现在知道扭转轴的旋转速度以及旋转方向与汽车的发动机转速是有关系的。
那么车辆应该在什么转速范围内旋转呢?这个问题是很多人在解这一问题时需要参考很多数据。
但是对于没有太多数据经验的朋友来说,往往在选择答案时会参考扭力图这种数据图。
扭力轴上有很多轴承、螺栓、螺母等等机械部件在转动时会产生很大的轴向力,这种轴向力是在正常情况下产生的很小范围内扭力,所以在选择扭力轴产品时就需要参考这种扭力图来判断。
1.将汽车中的发动机转速调到在5400转/分左右,并添加适量的汽油。
如果汽车中没有汽油,则需要使用普通汽油。
但是汽车中所有的汽油都必须要加在一起。
为什么需要加汽油呢?是因为某些润滑油可能在不加油情况下已经变质失效了。
所以如果油位太低,无法加到适当的汽油,那么可能导致汽车无法正常运行。
2.当将汽车中发动机的扭矩提升到610 Nm/min左右时,拧紧扳手调节发动机上的节气门和点火线圈。
发动机在运转中,发动机的旋转转速大约为650~700 rpm/min,此时应该在旋转的同时给发动机施加一定的力来进行运转,主要作用在油路上,发动机上固定的凸轮轴轴就会产生转动扭矩。
当转动达到最大扭矩时可以获得很大的离心力作用,将会使轴向力矩增大到很大。
此时应对发动机进行调速以确保其能达到最大扭矩使转速维持在此范围内。
在这种情况下应保持各缸的供油时间与原来相同。
当发动机上的扭力提升到570 Nm/min左右时应该将发动机上的点火线圈更换为正时系统,然后调整气门、点火线圈等部件。
当汽车中速运行时发动机转速为850~880 rpm/min时可以获得更多的扭矩,可以提升到710 Nm/min左右或者更大一些。
此时应该改变节气门的开启角度为840 rpm;同时也可以改变点火线圈绕轴旋转的角度为60~90°;但是此时点火线圈也要调整至490 rpm或更大一些才能得到更大的扭矩。
各品牌车身扭转刚度列表扭转刚度是汽车的关键参数,用以衡量将车身框架扭转1度需要施加多少力。
数值当然是越大越好。
以消费者的角度看,高扭转刚度车身的好处是什么?在过弯时,它让你觉得“牢靠”,尤其是地面凹凸不平的时候。
当车身受到悬挂传来的外力,它扭转的程度更小,因此车舱感受到的异响和晃动也会相对更小。
因为有这些好处,豪华车和运动车往往具备更高的扭转刚度。
不幸的是,许多制造商不会公布这些数据,即便他们的产品本身扭转刚度非常好。
有些制造商会公布这些数据,但并不宣扬,或以此作为卖点。
数据来源都有据可查。
比如欧美汽车工业传媒公布的信息(motortrend,car and driver等);或者工业协会文件(例如SMDI,SAE等);或者汽车制造商的个人采访。
有些数据是根据多方信息推导而来,并不保证100%正确。
