教学设计
教学目标:
1、通过阅读趣味故事,复习巩固本单元所学语言,增加学生语言的输入。
2、通过图片和上下文理解新句子:Anything else? Here’s your bill.
3、能听懂并能分组朗读并表演Story time 的故事。
教学重难点:
重点:理解并能分角色朗读故事。
难点:Anything else? Here’s your bill.句子的运用。
教学过程:
Step 1、Warm-up
1). Enjoy an English song What would you like to eat today?
2). Free talk
What food do you know in the song?
What else?
学生欣赏歌曲What would you like to eat today?这首歌中有本课中需要巩固的句型以及食物的单词,在Free talk部分通过学生喜闻乐见的歌曲和听听做做活动,创设英语课堂氛围,为学生架起一座由中文思维向英语思维过渡的桥梁,同时达成“课未始,而趣已成”的境界。
Step 2、Presentation
1).Ask and answer
Show a picture of much food. Say : I’d like some beef and vegetables. What would you like?
Ask some students to ask and answer like this.
2). Show a picture.
Look at the picture and talk about it.
Who are they? They are Mr Cat and Zip.
Where are they?They are in a restaurant.
Why does Zip go to the restaurant? Because she is hungry.
And Mr Cat says,: Hello! What would you like?
Let’s guess what Zip would like to eat.
出示故事图,通过对故事图的讨论引出故事中的人物、地点以及故事发生的背景,让学生对故事的发生有个大致的认识,然后提出问题猜一猜Zip想吃什么,问题的提出,会让学生有话可说,并且围绕着本单元的主要话题来展开,激发了学生的语言表达的欲望。
3).Watch and choose
Take out the paper.
Would like: rice fish soup
noodles beef juice
bread chicken milk
cake vegetables
Watch the story of Pictures 1-5. And choose the right answers.
Check the answers.
通过观看故事,学生可以轻松的把答案找出来,这也是体现到了本课的重点。
故事教学的重点在于让学生感知故事,能捕捉到重点信息。
3).I can say.
If you’re Zip, you can say like this:
First, I’d like some rice and fish, please.
Next, I’d like some noodles and beef, please.
Then, I’d like some soup and vegetables, please.

通过反复地说,引导学生整体感知故事内容,然后通过设计不同的小任务,多层次、所形式和不同梯度的操练,帮助学生理解课文,只有这样才能培养学生的语感,提高其阅读能力。
4).Talk about the end.
Look at the Picture 5. Here’s a paper in Mr Cat’s hand. It’s a bill. What happened then?
Watch the end and talk about how Mr Cat and Zip feel.
The bird takes away the bill. How does Miss Cat feel?
Is Mr Cat happy or angry?
How about Zip? Choose the right answer.
A. Oh, no bill. Ha-ha.
B. Oh, I’m sorry, Miss Cat. Here’s ¥55.
All the students choose B, they’re so kind.
Tell the students: You should be kind to everything and everybody.
揭示故事的结尾,这是学生们没有想到的,会带给他们一个大大的惊喜。
同时,引导学生观察图片,并适时的进行德育教育,做一个善良的人。
Step 3: Read and repeat
Watch the whole story and read it.
Step 4:Act out
Work in pairs. One is the waiter or waitress , the other is a customer. Ask some pairs to act them out.
这个环节旨在让学生的课堂知识得以延伸,培养学生的发散思维的能力。
以特殊的方式训练学生的个人的联想能力,使学生能够主动参与,并积极思考,英语不单单作为一种语言的学习,而是扩大了它的范围,融入了其他知识。
这就大大丰富了英语学科的内容涵量。
