放气管少量漏液是正常的。
发动机热时禁止拆卸散热器盖。
否则会引起高压状态下脱离散热器盖时热液体烫伤人。
当注入发动机冷却水时6.通过散热器盖缓慢地注入冷却水和防冻剂(4:6)。
为使可顺利的排放空气,捏动散热器的上/下软管。
•仅使用正品防冻冷却水。
•不要混合不同品牌的防冻液。
7.起动发动机和使冷却水循环。
冷却风扇操作和冷却水循环时,通过散热器盖重新注入冷却水。
8.重复步骤7,直到运行冷却风扇3-5次并从冷却系统中排放充足的空气。
9.安装散热器盖并用冷却水注满副水箱至"MAX"线。
10.怠速运行车辆直至冷却风扇运行2-3次。
11.停止发动机并等冷却水冷却。
12.重复6到11直到冷却水液位不再下降,从冷却系统放气。
由于冷却系统空气的排放散热器盖测试1.拆卸散热器盖,用发动机冷却水弄湿它的密封件,并将散热器盖安装在散热器测试器上。
检查在冷却水中有无发动机油•按照箭头方向用锤敲打以上边缘周围箭头的方向敲打6.拆卸油泵(A)。
油滤清器总成1.拆卸发动机总成。
(参考发动机和变速器总成章节)2.逆时针转动机油滤清器盖后,排放机油滤清器内的机油。
3.拆卸辅助水箱和进气歧管。
4.分离机油压力开关连接器。
5.排出发动机冷却液。
6.断开水温控制总成上的水管7.拆卸水温控制总成。
8.拆卸机油滤清器体盖(B)。
不要将发动机油注满至为了获得发动机最佳性能和最好保护1.安装机油泵(A)。
规定扭矩19.60~23.52Nm(2.0~2.4kgf.m,14.47~17.36lb-ft)总要使用新O型环。
2.在机油泵上安装机油泵链轮(A)和机油泵链条。
规定扭矩18.62~21.56Nm(1.9~2.2kgf.m,13.74~15.91lb-ft)3.安装油泵链条盖(A)。
规定扭矩9.80~11.76Nm(1.0~1.2kgf.m,7.23~8.68lb-ft)4.安装上油底壳。
A.使用衬垫刮刀,除去衬垫表面的旧充填材料。
